Mae was the most helpful associate we’ve ever worked with at this location. She was friendly, eager to help, and gave excellent recommendations. Our print/ship process was easy and efficient. I tried to use the QR code option given to leave a review but the site took a long time to load and I got frustrated - so I went here instead.

The woman who “helped” me today was extremely rude and condescending. I won’t be back to this location after my horrible experience. Talked to me as if I was stupid without any reason.

If you're in a hurry, I highly encourage you to use another store. I emailed an order 24 hours ahead of time and was told "it will be ready for pickup tomorrow" to end up visiting the location twice the following day and still leaving with nothing. It was 45 pages of black and white print... On the first visit I was behind 1 customer, and with only one associate in the store, waited for about 10 minutes before telling them I'd try to return later (if I wasn't going to be in a hurry shuffling all over Gwinnett county from 8AM to 6PM all day, I would've just went to the store instead of sending it ahead of time!). The second time I stopped by to pick up the order, the associate pulled up my email, and started to print the file... then told me it would be about 15 minutes. I kid you not. Strike two. I'm out! So after emailing and getting confirmation that they'd be ready for pickup, and wasting gas twice, and 15 or so minutes of standing around in the store, I left with nothing. And I'm still in a hurry...

Honestly i've never had a problem with FedEx its so disappointing to have payed for extra shipping & confirm that my package would a arrive a certain day and never arrive, if thats the case i wouldn't be paying for the extra shipping & not get my packages on time.

We walked in around 10:30am today 11/3/22 and the representative Lori was so nice! She allowed us to print two samples of my daughter’s obituary to decide which one we want. Considering this difficult time I appreciate everyone’s kindness. To have someone go above and beyond and take pride In their work is wonderful. Great job and keep up the wonderful customer service!

I visited this location, after going to the post office. The male post office employee was such a j**** walked out and came here. The young lady that assisted me was friendly and very helpful! Will definitely be back.

Pretty terrible experience overall. Amongst all the bad, one of the worst was when I called to check on the status of a shipment I set for pickup since I didnt get any delivery status updates for a few days, and the person who 'helped' me basically said "we dont have it, talk to customer support" and just transferred me. I didnt even get a word in. I was just dismissed and low and behold, customer support said it was there. If you can help it, just choose another location to do your business.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I drop off a package to be delivered the following day (emergency, contained car keys and a wallet). I paid $95 to have it shipped next day so someone could get to work and not lose their job. I hand them the box, they printed a label and stuck it on. I leave and the following day I call the recipient who said the box had not been delivered. I look at the tracking online and it said it was being returned for not having the appropriate label, but it wouldn't be back at my house for three days!!! I called customer no support and apparently a "hazardous" label got stuck on it. (Couldn't have been on there before , or why would they accept it for overnight without inspecting the box since they printed and placed the label on). They will not issue a refund for a package that was not delivered. So I paid this company almost $100 for absolutely nothing. This is literally the definition of theft. I doubt that anyone in the company cares enough to resolve this.

Nice people. Fast service. Great prices. I had to have some postcards printed and they had it ready within minutes. I’m very pleased.
