AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are also not very knowledgeable. I gave 1 star because I couldn't leave zero.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Fifth Third bank location off of Singleton rd and opening a new account. I was greeted as soon as I entered the branch and was immediately asked by a teller how they could assist me. I let him know that I would like to open up an account and within a few moments I was introduced to Maria Lopez. Before she even started talking about the accounts they offered; she asked how my day was and made sure I was comfortable. She followed up by inquiring about what my goal was with this account & what my primary use would be. Maria was knowledgeable, personable and professional the entire time. She answered every question I had and was very patient with me. Maria was able to open my account and still hold a conversation with me so it made it feel like I was talking to an old friend and not handling a task at a bank. The customer service she provided was beyond exceptional and Maria would be the reason I come back to this specific location for all of my banking needs. Thank you for taking the stress out of this banking experience!!!

Very unprofessional but nice. They had me to go make an appointment yesterday for 12pmToday. I leave what I was currently doing to make to my appointment on time, just to get turned down because the banker was running behind and they still had someone ahead of me. This was 11:55am and a man came in and still went ahead of me and my appointment got screwed. I don’t recommend this bank. Very disappointing

Here you go with yet another negative review for this location. The clerks are very short tempered for no reason. They open at 10:00am which is late anyway and they said “give us a few minutes” and it’s 10:16 now and I still haven’t been called nor has the first person in line ahead of me. I really wish this branch had other closer alternatives. Horrid service. Very disappointed. I’m late for work.

Went in to open a new account for the bonus because their online portal doesn't work and they guy acted like he only had a lesser offer available. Barely any babj locations and poor customer service. Why would anyone bank here?

Didn’t realize it was actually inside of Krogers cause the way it looked from the outside. Best friendly and fast customer service experience my first time there.

This was my first bank when I was 18 years old in Michigan. I know reside in GA and I can tell you that I'm glad I went back with them. They are very professional , they will go out their way to assist you in any way possible. I even opened my two daughters account at this branch and they love it.
