The owner is very rude I never seen them answering the question politely to the customer and the price you see on the fabrics with a little orange sticker and the price they put on your fabrics that you gonna buy is different and if you ask them why is that different they will get mad and will tell you to leave the store, I hate the owners

It is an excellent place with a very good variety of fabric, accessories and sewing implements.
But there is a problem with Asian women, they think that people are going to steal from them, you can't be looking for something you need, you first look for quality, then prices, and if I take a while to buy things it's to bring good work material, but no, they are insistent on passing and passing again and again, where I am an excellent buyer, I even bought sewing machines from them and they don't record the faces of the clients who go to that place weekly.
The last time I went to buy a roll of cord and after looking and analyzing I saw that the roll came out at a good price, it said 30 dollars a roll for 80 yards. I went to the cashier's checkout. She saw it and told me that yes, that was the value but that it was not the amount that I needed, she sent me to a fat Asian woman and well, I bought a roll with the same value and with the full yards and when I went to pay for it, the lady who accompanied me. He made a fuss and started talking loudly, he asked the price of the roll of cord and said he wasn't going to sell it to me.
I ok,
I didn't pay for it, I paid for the 20 meters of fabric I had bought and left.
The best thing is that I found the cord on Amazon and 100 yards cost 18 dollars and even had better thickness and quality.
Be careful with the service
Be careful and learn how to treat customers.
Who hurt them so much to make them like this!!!

Vast selection of fabric and notions. I’ve never had any issues with the staff, but then I’ve never been rude to them and know to just ask for what I need rather than standing around like an entitled primadonna expecting people that are busy doing their jobs to read my mind. I have however, seen customers treat the employees poorly… you get what you give.

First time customer after seeing some posts on Tik Tok. BIG store with TONS of fabric options. Pay attention to the prices as it can vary on fabric. But overall the prices really aren’t that bad!
This establishment seems to have a reoccurring problem with their employees and showing some level of decent professionalism (see other customers’ reviews). The customer service was unsatisfactory in my opinion. I’d highly recommend management have a stern talk to staff about how they speak of customers. Some of us know Spanish and know exactly what they are saying. Shameful.
I’d recommend coming here if you’d like to save $$$ on fabrics + there are plenty of options to choose from. Just be aware of the service you’ll receive.

Awful service. Stood there for ten minutes before having to ask the cashier for someone to help me and turned out to be the guys who were talking to each other and looking at us standing there and didn’t offer help during that time. Come knowing exactly what you need because if you ask them for anything they will tell you to figure out they are there only to cut whatever measurement you tell them.
Came here referred by David’s bridal - never again!

Most of the bolts are either unlabeled or worse labeled incorrectly. The prices have skyrocketed so unless you're in a rush, you're better off ordering online for most things.

This place is seamstress dream omg if I had more time I would have stayed longer you can walk in this place and spend hours here I will be back in the future I was a lil hesitant due to the cutting counter guy response when I asked about a shopping cart and he pointed with his hand in the direction of the cart this was my first time here I’m from glory and was very excited to visit the store i almost walked out due to his response that seem kinda rude but I had a change of mind when he went out his way to assist me I ask for a certain fabric maybe that was his demeanor and he didn’t mean any harm because I see how the other customers that seem like regulars interact with him so I didn’t take his response to heart I will be back again when I’m in the area visiting

I am just leaving this establishment and not only was the selection trash, the service was incredibly horrible. I walked into the store, was then ignored by 3 people who work there. Then when I asked for assistance, I was told that what I wanted wasn’t in-stock, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!! Huge mistake and loss of business for you all today. Extremely rude over the phone. I called to ask for availability of a color I wanted to purchase before making a 35 minute drive and whoever answered the phone basically yelled at me. Bad customer service. Rude and not helpful.

Amazing selection of lace at a reasonable price! I bought a bunch for my wedding dress. The owner and employees were very nice to me. :)
