Extremely rude over the phone. I called to ask for availability of a color I wanted to purchase before making a 35 minute drive and whoever answered the phone basically yelled at me. Bad customer service. Rude and not helpful.

Amazing selection of lace at a reasonable price! I bought a bunch for my wedding dress. The owner and employees were very nice to me. :)

I love this store. I buy almost all my fabric here, BUT wear a winter coat if it’s cold outside and bring a fan if it’s in the summer. They rarely heat or cool the store, so if you are inside for more than a few minutes, you will quickly become miserable. Too bad bc they have great selections and prices. It’s just uncomfortable to be in the store.

They need to work on customer service, one of the cutters talked about me in Spanish to another worker because I politely corrected him on the price of an item he was about to overcharge me. Love coming here but y’all should be more mindful, you never know who speaks or understand your language.

Old fabrics except the Ankara. Weird moody RUDE staff. They spend their energy being nasty instead of helpful and fashion forward with textiles. You definitely save money on standard typical fabrics and colors. But don’t waste trip if you’re looking for current and quality.

Just went in there today looking for some feather trim and walked out instead because I'm supposed to understand broken English. I guess that makes me the bad guy and deserves to be treated like I'm the outsider. They may have everything you need but the customer service is sub par. This men are great but the Asian women at the counter are disrespectful. I don't understand how you can work in customer service with such nasty attitudes. If I could buy fabric and not speak to them, it would perfect.

After reading over some of the reviews. It seems as if we all have had the same problem with the same male employee. Today Aug 28/23 I went in need of some fur. So I thought I would drive an hour out of my way to see if their selection with any better than around my town. After finding something I wanted . I took it to the cutting table. The gentleman was standing there and extremely rudely he said how much do you need. I told him I was unsure and if I could see what a yard looked like he proceeded to roll it out and when a yard as if I was supposed to know that quickly that that is what I needed. But what brought me to leave in a review today was he proceeded to pick up scissors. Anyone that works with any type of fur knows you do not cut the fur. All the gentleman would say is no he's going to cut it he's a professional. I said you don't cut first sir you use a blade so that it is just a straight line and you keep your fur. He proceeded to say then you do it. I told him if you have a Blade I will gladly do it but you don't use scissors. All he kept saying is he's a professional he's a professional. Which at this point I was extremely taken by how rude he was and I then said well apparently he's not a professional because he does not know how to properly cut for. I was quite taken by how rude he was and how he can just get away with being so ugly to people.

They're nasty and rude. Being miserable at 9 am is crazy. The Hispanic men are disgustingly rude. Following you around and sweeping and walking all the way up to you when no trash is there and you were there first expecting you to move: insane. They kept coughing and sneezing in the air without covering their mouths. It's disgusting and they're probably why Covid is so rampant. There's one big in size Asian lady at the front and she was measuring yards wrong (shorting inches) and she got upset I called it out. If im paying for a yard, I need the yard to be a yard and not a few inches shorter. I can't read your mind, idk if you'll give me more in the end. Her big self was so nasty and mean. The skinny lady was very nice and helpful and said she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and that I have every right to ask questions. I only came here bc Gail k wasn't open yet. I'll wait next time

Fine Fabrics is the perfect store to meet your every need for fabric selections. I visited the store two weeks ago with Designer Maria Harper. I found my fabric and was very pleased with the prices. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely visit this store in the future!

You will not find a wider selection of clothing fabrics anywhere. They also have a beautiful selection of Kente fabrics. Love having all of the zipper selection so inexpensively available, too. Don't go for quilting cotton, though.

Great selection, but I’m giving it a 1 star for this EXTREMELY RUDE employee who works there. Everytime we go there and he’s working, he makes us feel so uncomfortable and makes itKnown that he doesn’t want to help anyone. Like why are you even working here?! He’s a tall, a little chunky, Hispanic guy. I almost got into it with him, until I realized that he can seriously hurt me physically. Very very very rude! I’ve tried complaining to management, but he doesn’t speak English much. If there’s another manager in this establishment, please get in touch with me!Edit: actually, it’s clear that management in this store doesn’t care, look at their response to Sharon in the reviews. Ignoring her and being sarcastic. You guys are just racking up karma! Humble yourselves, there are plenty of establishments out there just like yours with MUCH better customer service, who don’t hire employees that hate their customers.

I was in your store 5/20/23 before 12pm and a young Hispanic male was in the store translating for what appears to have been his Mom. The cashier was EXTRA RUDE to a child attempting to help his Mom. He didn't understand what the cashier said to him. Then really loud. The cashier said, I have a headache and will not keep answering your questions on the price of an item to the child! My suggestion to the cashier, if you have a headache STAY HOME and stop treating people especially children with disrespect or hire someone who speaks Spanish.This was once my go to store for fabric and sewing items but I will be searching for a new store. This is unacceptable behavior for a grown woman!!
