Lovely bouquet of white roses and assorted other flowers. Unfortunately, the delivery person failed to let me know this surprise birthday gift from my sister was on my front porch. It sat there in the heat and sun all day Saturday and Sunday. By the time we discovered it, it was badly burnt and dried. I called Floral Masters and the lady that answered said their only obligation was to notify the purchaser of the delivery. I explained I wasn't home when it was delivered and, it was intended as a surprise gift. I explained I was simply calling to let them know they had my phone number and a call or text to me advising delivery is usually standard procedure. She reiterated their only obligation was to the purchaser that it was delivered.

Great family-owned business. I received flowers and a stuffed animal from my parents for my birthday. The stuffed animal requested was a teddy bear, unfortunately, that was not what was delivered. Ash was very kind in allowing me to exchange it for a teddy bear. He spent a great deal of time to explain how his business functions and how to avoid not getting what is requested in the order in the future. He’s a very kind business man and I will patronize his business directly in the future. Thanks Ash!

Really love the bridal bouquet ?!!! They were able to meet my expectations and even though it was ordered in a short amount of time they were able to exceeded my expectations. Would really recommend this foral shop and the staff is also really nice and friendly.

Owner treats the people that work for him like a dog, he gets $12 plus his drivers barely get that putting over 100 miles on your own personal vehicle, where is the money for maintenance then if something happens to your vehicle and it caused you not to finish your route he expects you to pay for items not delivered

My mom loved it!! From my kids and I.
I ordered at about 11pm the night before and it was delivered to my mom the next day for mother’s day 2024.
This is convenient for me because I live in North Florida and she lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Thank you guys. They’re amazing. Excellent service

Received flowers and a balloon that both smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting! The delivery person was yelling happy birthday as he walked away and it wasn’t even my birthday. I called to report the smell but she wasn’t very concerned. Grateful for the person who thought enough of me to send them.

Totally loved my flowers from here. Someone mailed it for my graduation. The delivery was given in a professional manner. Nothing was broken or looked bad. All the flowers are gorgeous. My son loves yellow and purple so this bouquet is extra special since those were colors. I have decorated them in my kitchen and adoring them and looking at them. They came with a vase and put a placement underneath them. Not sure what the pricing is of this place but will keep in mind to give them business when sending friends flowers in the mail.
