UNIQUE THRIFT STORE EXPERIENCE. the cats alone give this place 4 out of 5 stars (being that there are 4 cats). The workers are quirky, fun, helpful, and competent. Very nice, relaxed environment-the ladies make you feel right at home! Super organized, clean, and well priced on most items. KEEP THESE CATS I LOVE THEM

I have been to this location maybe five times where the cats greet you at the door well today I walk through the door this lady runs up to me to say you can't talk and shop here while on your speaker phone granite she was having a conversation that I was able to hear clearly on the other side of the store.I understand if I were at the register.
As I proceeded to leave the store I'm not sure if she was being sarcastic , she yelled have a nice day come back again.. Never heard that you can't shop with your phone being on speaker. I have seen sign stated no phone while at the register. Well me and my 2 furry will not spend money where we don't feel comfortable.

Most of the young girls that work here are very clique-ish and only talk to each other. They also have an area of donated items that they plan to keep that is in plain sight of customers. And moat everything that is decent is priced way too high. Why would you put $3 dollars on a cheap McDonald's Barbie from the 90s that isn't even worth $1!!!!???? That's nothing compared to the prices of many other items. They really have no idea what a thrift store is because they price things as if they are a boutique. If I want to pay antique store prices, I will go to an antique store. It's just sad because I enjoy helping animals, but I don't want to be gouged though either. The place also reeks terribly of cat urine. Really, this place is ridiculous all the way around. Do better for those animals please.

The cashier was pretty rude—kept insisting on a different payment method from my $20 cash bill for a $6 purchase telling me that she doesn’t have change. She finally took my cash after I told her I didn’t have my debit card multiple times. She then threw my receipt at me. I spoke with her about her inappropriate behavior, she said she had a headache, but that hardly justifies it. She wasn’t as rude to others and it makes me wonder if racism is at play.
It seems like her rudeness is a recurring issue based on historical reviews going as far as 4 years back. I’m disappointed Furkids hasn’t done anything about this.

I will never return to this location as I walked in with my 2-year-old daughter I was asked could I keep her quiet for the cats to sleep I feel very offended how do you keep a 2 year old quiet. The worst experience I ever received

This is such an awesome place! First off, my family and I are all cat lovers so when visiting Atlanta and we discovered this place we legit came here for the cats. Yes, the cats are amazing. They are adorable and are clearly treated very well. We loved seeing them sleeping throughout the store. Besides the cats, this place is an awesome thrift store with a pretty sweet selection. We were not disappointed and will definitely be back next time we visit Atlanta!

The lady's there are very rude the one with the pepper hair was like "Leave the cat alone!" And "Let the cat sleep!" I feel like the employee with the ginger hair just spread her negative energy around the cats! Also the black cat was not so aggressive and the other one was quite aggressive that's the only good thing about it! Also I suggest that that woman should be fired because of her attitude! Also if there cats there then, why are you telling us to get away from them if them? Then what's the point of them? I simply don't understand why that women acts like a pure Karen around customers! Never going there and that's because of the ginger haired woman that acts like a rude brat! Last but not least I was minding my business petting the cat and that other woman said "The cat is probably scared." As if she was demanding us to leave it alone for no reason but I did no harm to her cats or store and that woman needs to be fired for her attitude as other customers complain as she is discriminating us. Never back there again!

I love going to furkids thrift store...they have really great items, and awesome prices. The ladies are really nice and friendly and the cats just make everything better. Will be back soon.

Love this place, good prices, good selection! My only gripe the super strong smell that I think might be urine from the cats in this store. The cats themselves are wonderful but the litter boxes need to be scooped far more often as last time I went in there they made my eyes burn
