Attended a few upper body classes on Tuedays with Luis. Best decision ever! He's amazing, he really cares about your improvement, and makes you feel like you can make it thru each course. He's also very patient and helpful to all the attendees. They switch it up, some days we have 4 stations some days we have more or less. I love that it doesnt get boring! They have a bunch of equipment to add on to their training exercises as well. I noticed they have a coffee/tea bar. Wish i had the energy to come in the morning to try that out!

I have been a client of Golightly Fit for several years. I don't think there is a better HIIT gym and personal trainer in the area. G is wonderful as what he does, very personable and keeps you motivated all through your workout and into the day. He reminds me of why I'm doing all the hard work and keeps me on track with my goals. He'll even workout right along side of you.I appreciate that I've now been able to even work with him through my pregnancy. He has allowed my mother to join me and work along side me as well. He has even allowed us to hang after classes and get a good and stretched in.Offering drinks and smoothies has been a beautiful plus! Would recommend Golightly Fit for sure. If you want to check him out he even has drop in classes to see what all the talk is about.

Amazing gym to work out at! G and all the trainers know how to whip you into shape and have fun at the same time! A great atmosphere with no judgments, just a lot of encouragement!

Golightly Fit is awesome! Tough workouts, but I feel great afterwards. The owner, Gerry, really helps you achieve your goals. And Luis is a great trainer. Feels good to be getting fit again!

Friendly and energetic staff. Workouts are split up in zones which makes the time go by quicker than expected. They offer a variety of exercises so you get a full body workout. Highly recommend this place.

This is my second home.. I say that because i can come to golightly fit and be completely transparent with my fitness/lifestyle journey. The trainers are invested in you succeeding. The gym is clean and the atmosphere is always a vibe.Thanks to all of the staff for investing your time in me wven when I fall short.?

Gerald, Will & Louis of Golightly Fit are knowledgeable about all things fitness AND They provide modifications when needed. I am not someone who loves working out, however, I know it has to be done for optimal health and they make it fun to come to the gym, even for someone like me. They are friendly, have music that inspires movement and they let me dance between exercise stations, so it’s a WIN for me! If you’re looking for a new gym home or a way to get in better health, check ‘em out!

I love circuit training style of the workouts and the variety it brings. Seems no two workouts are exactly the same. I also like that each day is assigned (lower body, upper body, core/strength) so I can plan my week around my other workouts and ensure I get everything I need. Everyone is friendly and all the equipment is carefully cleaned after use. I’m just really loving this style workout.

August 2021, my doctor told my I needed to lose weight or I would begin experiencing health issues. I was weighing 240 pounds at the time of my yearly physical. I started attending Saturday workout sessions at Golightly Fitness then I add an additional day during the work. I’ve lost 20 pounds since August 2021. Lifestyle change and working out with the phenomenal trainers at Golightly Fitness produced great results for me. The trainers are informed and they care about your health. The environment is children friendly and there are no shenanigans.

Always diverse & very challenging workouts. All of the trainers are knowledgeable & push u without over doing it. I’ve hit some goals already since starting GoLightly Fit in just a few months. Great environment always fun! I definitely recommend!

Great group atmosphere. G is a great trainer and gets very creative with the exercises. Every day is different in terms of types of exercises and challenge level. I love it!
