Nena is FANTASTIC, I really appreciate the care and knowledge she has with me. AND even after only meeting me once 6 months ago she remembered my job and asked me about my family. Super kind, and so so great!

Now the the dentist and I are on the same page with what we won’t to achieve. (Getting a duplicate upper denture made).Which we know, making an identical plate isn’t Realistic… However, the lab that is doing the work is subpar at best. It’s important because of my work.(actor) to have continuity. As I mentioned, in the above, the doctor seems to be doing everything she can To achieve our goal… It’s just the lab techs thought a very disappointing. It seems. As if they are making the plate to their specs not ours. I’m sure we will continue working on this until we get it right.

I have had issues with being charged out of network prices. I have contacted the location's billing department who stated she has submitted a claim to corporate but cannot assist further. We continue to get bills for the out of network fee. The Sandy Springs billing department suggested calling corporate, but I have called 8 times, been on hold for well over 30 mins before having to request a call back, and have not received a call back. I have left written online "Contact Us" forms 5 times about the issue and have not heard back. Would not recommend due to having to deal with billing.

I never have to wait long for my appointments and everyone is so kind, friendly, and professional! The staff truly makes my experience enjoyable every time I visit. I just recommended my roommate to this location as she is looking for a high quality dentist office.

I have Military Retirement Insurance it sets a certain amount of payment and work for cleanings. Since going here the amount of additional add-ins are getting increased. Normally I will line-out most of the up charges and we proceed. My last visit the front desk said the $113 above the base insurance payment could not be lined out. I left and later paid my $50 missed appointment bull they sent me the next week. Some extra stuff I will pay for sometimes but no option is just a scam. Im moving to another dentist.

I have two appointment schedule same day. It was booked over a month . The day before they call me to confirm. I decide to cancelled the 2:00pm because we could make it and keep the 3:00 . The day of the appointment I was notify that they kept 2:00pm appointment and not 3:00 because they need it that time for someone else . Very unrespectful. when I talked to the manager she rude . She is the worst. She even try to change my words over the phone again when I talked to her about this issue she was forcing me to cancelled the appoment that I had left and refuse to see my child. Will never come back to this place. My kids were since they were little. Worst service ever and rude .

I had a pleasurable experience, until I found out my hygienist Angelique was going to another office. She is so patient and gentle. I hope she stays with the Spalding Office. She is such a delight!

My appointment was cancelled without notificationThe next time I went for my appointment the technician started with me and then left me to attend to another patient because I was 10 minutes lateI waited for her for 35 minutes and then I left. We have work and we take off from work for these appointments

There is always someone different there each time I go but they are always competent and do a good job so I keep going back. I have even had a lot of work like gum surgery and root canal done in about 10 years.

Great staff at Great Expressions Sandy Springs...I had not been to the dentist in a while, and they are taking great care of me as I get caught up...I recommend that you give them a try!

Friendly staff. Very quick and efficient! I️ think The hygienist name is nena. She’s very sweet and welcoming . she did a deep cleaning. It’s hurts but I️ dont Think it was suppose to feel good either. Also the location is waysssss from my house but they get me in and out so it’s worth it.

I thought the hygentist was pleasant but she seemed like she was in a hurry so much so that when the dentist came in when she was done he scraped spots she missed.

I strongly dislike this place and won't return. Despite being a customer for over 3 years, the service quality deteriorates with each visit. They don't listen to concerns, respond condescendingly when you inquire about treatment details, and dislike being questioned. It seems they prioritize making money over customer satisfaction. If you don't mind being treated like a commodity and refrain from asking questions, this place might suit you. Additionally, their staff turnover is high, as I've never encountered the same doctor or hygienist twice. I'm definitely looking for a better dentist office for my next visit.
