If your a flatbed, you're going to be sitting for a while. They will unload/load every other truck before you. Pull in the middle lane on the road and check in/call and wait to be pulled in. Theirs a million other van and company trucks in the area also...

Went to buy some materials and it was my first time. Leslie at the register was extremely patient and helpful. The staff in the warehouse was also great!
