I got my car in March of 2024 and I love that I chose Import Plus! My car still runs great. I’ve always been afraid of buy here pay here because I’ve heard stories of the cars breaking down after you’ve signed your name for it but I’m still riding with no issues at all. They’re also easy to work with and communicate with. I always recommend them when someone asks where they can get a GOOD car.

All praises to Ms. Bonnie! From day one, she has been an absolute Godsend. She explained everything with complete transparency and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. She kept me on track with my payment schedule and showed genuine understanding when life happened. The sales staff at Import Plus Auto were friendly, courteous, and made the car-buying experience enjoyable. They also had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Ms. Bonnie is always ready to help, and if she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll find someone who does. Even when payments ran a little late, it was never made into an issue. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism—highly recommend!

Bought a car from this place, paid 5k down. 30 days later they repoed my car, due to me switching insurance. They will tell you to go with “ROOT INSURANCE” when you buy. If you change insurance or pick your own THEY WILL REPO YOUR CAR. After realizing my car was gone, I came up to office, they had it on the front ready to be sold again the same day. This place is a scam. They give you a car without even asking for proof of income. That should tell you everything you need to know right there. I’m currently seeking legal matters for the issue & paying attorney fees all because I needed a car..save yourself the trouble and drive by this place! The white lady Bonnie will act as if they trying to help you. They are not!
