We love our couch. Great quality. It should be for what we paid. However, when purchasing the couch we were told that it would be covered under warranty to be cleaned and fixed of loose strands to cushions. When we called to schedule the couch for a cleaning we were told that this would not be covered and was more than likely told to us by a salesperson who was just trying to make a sale by offering add ons. No one likes a bait and switch. The initial deal should have been honored despite the bad business practice of the sales person. It reflects poorly on the entire business in regard to customer service. For all customers looking to purchase, confirm with manager what is included in your furniture purchase. The salespersons on the floor are only looking to strike a sale.

i bought 2 beds with led lights in march everything was normal until they shipped and assembled, the assembling staff said they forgot to bring the led lights of the beds and they promised to come back with led lights after a few days. About a week later I actively contacted Italia Furniture after not seeing them back and they said that the led lights for those beds are currently out of stock, they will come and install it for us in early April when they have LED lights , until today i have not received a call from them . I was really angry and stopped supporting any of their other products for my new home.

the rudeness of the father and son duo, I'm very surprise they are still in business, the quality of the furniture is good but the rudeness of the owner is not worth the purchase. my order was wrong, bogus delivery dates etc. will never get another penny from me. Consumers please read the reviews before patronizing these substandard companies.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased a bedroom set from them. The furniture is lovely but the service is the worst I have ever received. From bogus delivery dates to refusal to adjust the delivery of the furniture, the experience has been a complete disaster. They care absolutely nothing about customer service. I'm stuck with boxes and pieces of a bed that I can't assemble. To add to my frustration, the only assembly instructions I can find are in ITALIAN! I will have to sleep on the floor until I can find someone to come and assemble my bed. Why would a fine furniture store charge you extra to change a delivery date? And, why would a fine furniture company think it's ok to leave boxes of an unassembled bed in your garage as if the customer knows what to do next? This is definitely the worst furniture purchase I have ever made in my life.

Expensive, but quality seems good. Takes too long for delivery though. Almost a month.Response: My items are suppose to be delivered this Friday. I ordered last month but was told to call the next day for a delivery date, and then was told the next available delivery date was this Friday October 14th. However, I'm still waiting for the call to let me know the time frame for delivery.

Would be much better if they offered discounts or free extended warranties giving delivery delays. We get it, pandemic. Do you get it, take care or the customers. I plan to look July 4 for some pieces and if they have something and honor this, they will make $$$$$ from me.

The moment I entered the store I fell in love immediately. I was greeted and given room to discuss with my partner what would be best for us without being watched and harassed by overbearing sales agents. Brady who assisted us gave such wonderful feedback when we asked questions. This was my second big furniture purchase so I knew going in that there's a wait time on special order pieces and I planned accordingly. Now after waiting we finally got our couch and couldn't be happier. I'm sure we will go back soon to add another complimentary piece to our home.

My family and I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from this establishment. We have placed multiple orders with them and every time our order has been delayed. Months delayed. The most recent order was placed end of July 2021 and at the time, our sales representative gave us an order eta of September 2021-October 2021. In September 2021-October 2021, no one has reached out to me so I made a call to them for them to tell me, the eta has always been December 2021. In December 2021 I called them again for them to tell me the eta changed to January of 2022. I have waited this long already for my furniture so I decided to wait the extra month. Once again. I called back today for them to tell me the eta changed AGAIN to March 2022. I am beyond upset and disappointed with this establishment. The most they would ever do or say to resolve any issue or offer any reimbursement is to say “If you would like to cancel your order, you can”. No sympathy for the customer and the wait time for their furniture less home due to an establishments miscommunication. I waited this long so I would not like to cancel my order. That would be a complete waste of my waiting time. The issue here is poor customer service and communication. No one communicates and tells me the eta has always been a certain month when it clearly changes every time. Normally I don’t write reviews, but I am beyond surprised at this poor service and upset.

I had to share my experience of this furniture store. I am super new to buying my own furniture as I usually find things on amazon or get things from relatives. I recently decided to invest in my new beautiful home and came across Italia Furniture simply by seeing it on my way home as it is viewable from the highway (85).I was immediately greeted by an employee, I believe his name was John. I explained my situation of being a furniture buying newby and he jumped into action and helped me every step of the way. The furniture selection they have was superb and beyond lovely. John helped me pick out everything I needed and I took his advice on style and comfort as he seemed like quite the expert (vs. myself.)My furniture is now all set up in my home and I am so happy with my decision to go to Italia Furniture! THANK YOU SO MUCH to the entire staff. I will be back in the future and will recommend the place to everyone I see.

I'm giving customer service a zero, reading some of the other reviews, confirming I will never do business with individuals that lack accountability or integrity. Please do not have Brady as your sales person or think that JOHN, the owner or his son with work with customers. They forget without customers you have no business, Order a customized sofa 8000.00 plus only to receive the wrong color and as a constellation, return the sofa pay a 30% restoking fee and reorder at my cost, And the arrogant John tells my husband to paint our room to match the botched order. We also have a sofa that the motor doesn't work and it has a blemish on the headrest. I'm starting a petition on facebook to boycott the store, filed a complaint with the consumer protection department on the attorney general website and also contacting my credit card company. The first order they replaced our bed on a bedroom furniture order with the filing cabinet because it was the same price. On the first order the owner contacted us and reassured us going forward that he would personally see that i experience will be better in the future, Fast forward to now, the owner will not speak to us and 23,000 later WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ITALIA FURNITURE IN THE FUTURE and i will share with my colleagues my experience. Consumers beware of the Furniture store.

My go-to when furnishing a home in the Atlanta area. Their showrooms are full of inspiration and it is RARE to find such a kind and attentive sales staff.
