Update: can't blame the store for technical difficulties. Plus everyone who works here is really nice and professional. Good stuff but standing in line for going on 30 min now to check out and hardly moving. Nothing should take this long. Y'all gotta work on efficiency

The forum Ann Taylor loft has fashionable, well-made and classy clothes, and knowledgeable staff that is friendly and willing to take the time to happily give fashion advice unlike many other shops unfortunately these days. The store is well-kept, comfortable and appealing to the eye. I will be shopping here again.
