I shop at this location quite often for my gardening supplies. Amost every single time that I have checked out there is a price discrepancy. Today there was a table with pots marked 50% see photo. I asked an associate to verify the price before I waste any time. The associate checked with the cashier who confirmed that they were 50% off. Lo and behold after making my selection I go to check out and they are NOT 50% off. She states that the price on the pot IS already 50%!! I questioned then what's the original price as there is no indication on any of the pots as to what the original price was? She was unable to tell me what the original price is. Both the associate and cashier explained that several customers before me had essentially the SAME issue! This is classic DECEPTIVE advertisement. I left and called the store and spoke to Assistant Manager TONY who kindly listened to my complaint regarding the deceptive advertisement but offered zero response. I thanked him and disconnected . Overall I had a dismal customer experience and will not be shopping at this store in the future.

Came in to deliver a load from the DC. I thought I had parked in a safe location on the side near receiving for early morning delivery. After several hours around 11:20 pm a lady comes beating on my door harassing me to pull outside this walk through gate. Telling me I can't park in the back. I need to pull up 20 feet. So she can lock the gate. That i can't be back there. I can't be behind a locked walk through gate. I'm loaded with product owned by Lowe's. Aren't you locking the gate because you have product back there? Couldn't someone had said something hours earlier as I saw several employees who knew I was there? We try to bring your produce to you the same day of pick up especially being it's already your produce and we don't want anything to happen to it. I just dont understand this logic.

all the plants are dead and coverd in bugs. tried to ask for discount they said no. service was awful security was literally making eye contact with us and following us for no reason i just came for a plant. first and last time here

Despite having my receipt and original packaging this store refused to honor their return policy. I contacted the manufacturer who explained that the item should have been returned to the store for a refund or replacement. I looked at their website. There is a warranty guide for the item saying to return to store for a refund. I called Lowe’s customer service who also said it should have been refunded. This store’s lack of customer service makes the Lowe’s brand look bad.

This store is pretty bad but after about 20 calls wich it seems the phone rings and someone just picks up phone and hangs up. I FINALLY GOT a assistant manager who was very helpful. BUT when I called back to let her know about calls being hung up and bad revues could not get thruw to no departments all someone pick up and hang up total of 20 times forever. Order a product on line before to deliver to store and had me wait for 3 hours they lost it. Then they brought a box that looked like it was ran over on the highway. Other than the nice managers this store is not what it was 20 yrs ago

When people who work there make eye contact with me, they always ask, “Is there anything I can help you with?” and help sincerely. Their help prevents me from making purchases and helps me come up with better DIY ideas.

Lowe's delivery is the worst you could possibly imagine. They are unprofessional and rude. Tried to talk to Lowe's about it but they didn't care and didn't help. I'll be shopping at Home Depot in the future.

This store sucks!!!! I tried to call the Norcross store over 8 times and my call dropped each time!!! The checkout clerk didn’t place one of my items in my bag!!! This is HORRIBLE customer service!!!
