Ask for Dez! They were all a helpful bunch though. I think I tried every mattress on the floor and in clearance. They moved all that heavy stuff about with a smile and all the patience you could hope for. They are knowledgeable about the beds, sleep positions and wanted to get you the best night’s sleep. I recommended this location to all my friends!

Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a good deal on mattresses! We were shopping around and finally came across this place which had plenty of options and the mattresses we were looking for. They also sell all the accessories and adjustable bases as well. Upon delivery of one of the bases, there was an issue and they were able to have it replaced with another one free of cost. Overall, we are happy with our new mattresses and loved working with Lissa!

Jeremy was kind, friendly, and helpful. Your selection of mattresses is very good and so are your prices. Your selection of frames and headboards, however, was underwhelming.

The two associates that assisted me in choosing the perfect mattress (Dentaviois and Shenicka) were absolutely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I thought I knew what I wanted when I walked in; however, after letting the two associates I worked with ask me more probing questions I settled on a mattress that was MORE COMFORTABLE with a better price. The associates also did not crowd me but allowed me to test several mattresses before deciding on my final choice. They explained my options and my warranty before finalizing the sale. I appreciate the thoroughness of my order on such an expensive purchase. I will absolutely return to this location when I decide to purchase another mattress.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff (Lisa and Dentavious) were knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress that suited my preferences and budget. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the top-notch service I received at Mattress Firm and I am awaiting the delivery in a few days.

Their Customer service is A+ Mr. Moss was such a wonderful help. He took his time to work with us on exactly what we needed in a mattress. The ONLY reason we purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm Clearance Center is because of the manager, Mr. Moss. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he explained everything in layman’s terms instead of “industry terms” so we could make an informed decision about which mattress was best for us. Mr. Moss gave us EXCEPTIONAL customer service ! He went above and beyond. He even interacted with our son since we were buying the mattress for him. He truly gave us great service.
