“I have been a customer of Care Medical since August 2021. I was hospitalized and scared as ever when I had to leave the hospital with oxygen. I was told that a technician would be at my home to set up the concentrator before I arrived. I was terrified since I have never had health issues. Needless to say Ben had been to my home and explained in detail to my family how to correctly use the equipment. I have had to order additional tanks and Ben has always been the technician to come out. I was so afraid of losing power and being without oxygen, Ben assured me that he was on call and we could reach out to him. He explained how to order additional tanks and assisted me in ordering more when i couldn't get anyone on the customer service line. Ben is an absolute asset to Care Medical, his attention, detail, knowledge of his job and overall compassion and empathy is above and beyond words.
