Worst store ever. I came to buy a Samsung. They told me $150. Which is service fee and taxes. So monthly bill is 75 + activation fee, which metro is not charging activation fee in this time + taxes. And they say no accesories in the purchase. That is scam. So either they charge extra stuff or they take that money to put in their pockets. Because they refused to give a receipt there

Bought a charger that cost me $26.49 and the lady gave me charger that was bend, I told her and she didn’t want to give me a new one. After 10 minutes of asking her to give me another one the older lady gave me one used charger from her drawer. That one wasn’t working. I came back for them to reimburse and after all they said no and kept my money and I left home without a charger. Bought another charger somewhere else and had no problems.
They are Con artists.
Horrible customer service!!!
Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

Just another Metro/Tmobile store bound to close doors as usual due to crooked management and sales representative. Bought a new phone that came with terrible battery life, charged me for a case I don’t have and they made no effort to fix the phone or refund item.What a disservice to the community, no customer service.

They are always closing before the time. Now I see they scrapped the closing time off the window. The ladies locked the door 10 minutes before closing & didn't acknowledge customers at the door & kept laughing . Poor customer service. I will never go back to this one
