Terrible service lady who answers and takes care of customers has nasty attitude and never wants to do her job. I called to ask about pricing and she told me to look it up online…. Would never buy from here again and the hair is actually trash.

The customer service in the Norcross store is fine, it’s the one thing I’ve never had a problem with. That said, the quality of the hair has changed immensely. It can’t be dyed and I’m picking up dustpans full of strands that have shed each day (I wish I was exaggerating). I compared a new 32 inch to my old 30 inch wig and the new 32 is somehow shorter so you aren’t getting what you pay for by any means. I’ve been shopping with them for years but this is ridiculous. The hair gets matted as though it’s a synthetic or hybrid so it’s clear that they’ve changed their vendor. When asked about the change in quality, they asked me why I made this purchase when they sell colored wigs (as though every wig on the site doesn’t insist that each wig can be dyed. I found value in the fact that this company was local with great quality but that’s no longer true. It’s sad because I’ve heard terrible things over the years that I’ve shopped here and they never applied to me until now.

I have been purchasing wigs from Missy's for years. But my most recent purchase was horrible. I only had the wig for almost 3 months and it's gone bald in the top. I was told that I should have let them know within 7 days. I know that when you purchase a wig that there is some shedding. But within 3 months a big bald spot. That's unacceptable. BAD BUSINESS

this hair so bad… they mix it with horse hair or synthetic im convinced. not 100% virgin at all. tangled, matted, everything in the book about day 3-4. and i take very good care of my wigs. i washed it real good thinking maybe it was me? even though i dont put products in it at all, NOPE! made it worse.. what type of??? also the laced balded so bad. smh. i can usually reuse all of my wigs several times no problem but this hair was so bad.

I drove an hour for the relentless glue, I had some before but this one(3 I brought) was not it. When I first used relentless it last week's. This glue lasted a day.Although it didn't say relentless on the bbottle the guy working assured me that, that was relentless with Missy's labels p PLEASE let me know if y'all changed the recipe. But this glue ain't sticking

Its very grand looking for a hair boutique store I give them that. They really decorated the shop. The wig I give a 7/10. Why? Its not a bad wig all the way. If you know what to do with it its a great wig. I got the Bob wig just needed something until I got my haircut. It was only $50 too Girlfriends!The wig has body you move it it flows the bang part will fly on you but its not bad. I saw some of their virgin wigs and they look of good quality. Its in the metro area and they decent priced.

Nice to be able to walk in and get hair but you have to go through too much just to enter the store . They door stays locked and the employees are always in the back. I had to call and ask someone to let me in. They are stuck in 2020 with the mask mandate as well …And the only descent hair is the straight bundles anything with a curl is going to SHED AND TANGLE TERRIBLY .

This hair is the worse & I’ve had the worse experience for one the staff is RUDE I took out cash to pay for my items which came up to 1,060$ and the lady with the dreads proceeded to ask me if I was a dancer at the club HOW RUDE !! I just want to cry 2nd off I purchased 2 wigs one 613 one pineapple wave and both wig within 2 weeks time had shed very badly and also very tangled I should’ve been skeptical when the price of the wigs we’re very cheap and the lady rushed to ring me up

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Communication is key customer service is supposed to be a pleasant experience customer service is letting people know in advance what forms of payment is excepted and why I was told that I need to pay by Zelle. Zelle is not the safest way to do business. Zelle has more fraudulent transactions than cash app does.I work with Zelle fraud cases. Then I was told I had to pay by debit card there’s more debit card fraud then on zelle.. I’m lost the experience was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced and I actually have shopped here in the past and never had an issue in the pass. But I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again. Thank you…

Worst place to work. Ms. Pat is horribl/evil. Missy doesn't know how to handle her business. Unprofessional inventory. Never have hair in stock or anything else!! Lol this place is joke!! And if Ms Pat is still there ruuunnnnn don't work there..

I bought a blonde wig that apparently was used. I took it to a stylist and they told me it was a bad wig and it looks used. $400 down the drain! They don't even care to make things right or to do things right at any of her locations!
