Part did not match up with the windows of my Jeep Chekroee. Part was order and even though it was wrong. I still was billed for shipping. Not a great look.

I usually order what I need before I arrive. Their systems send an email when my order is ready. So, I'm in and out pretty quickly. Staff members are always pleasant and professional.

Great staff here. Friendly and helpful. Online order was ready in a jiffy. This is also their Warehouse, so anything you want is probably on the premises.

Had two hybrid batteries fail from Napa within warranty. After the third one failed we found out they dropped the warranty time frame from two to one year so it was no longer under warranty. I wonder why that is...

Horrible website and no way to know what's actually available inside the big warehouse behind the storefront, but they usually have a lot of products in stock at this store (in the warehouse), once you spend 20+ minutes with an employee to have them look everything up in their antiquated system and bring it to the register.
