Norcross Coin Laundry is a well-maintained and modern laundromat that offers a pleasant customer experience. The facility is clean and updated, featuring high-tech washers and dryers that accept debit card payments for convenience. Customers appreciate the easy-to-use app for payments, which allows those without coins to wash and dry their clothes effortlessly. Reviews highlight the cleanliness and maintenance of the machines, with many stating that clothes come out clean and refreshed. However, some customers have mentioned an issue with a rude older woman on Sundays who has poor customer service skills and a negative attitude. This attendant is reported to yell and harass customers, creating an uncomfortable environment. Despite this, the majority of reviews commend the laundromat's efficiency and high-quality equipment, making it a recommended choice for reliable and user-friendly laundry service.
Carla is very clean and does a great job. She always leaves the place spotless and pays attention to the little things. You can tell she really cares about her work. I would definitely recommend her.
