All heroes don’t wear capes… The guys at Norcross Tow and Go were legit a lifesaver for me with a car tow/vehicle transport in a pinch. My issue was addressed and resolved immediately. I haven't actually used the because frankly I didn't have time to wait for him. I called to inquire about the price for a tow around the distance of 1.5 miles. He quoted me around $150 but it would take him 2 hour's to get to me. That's too long to wait for a tow when I called at 8 in the morning. After limping my car way to the tire shop it took them until 4 to take care of everything I needed. Waiting for him would've left me without a car another day.

They weren't worth a nickel.someone left a car in my driveway on my private property .I am the home owner and they were scared to tow it away.the cops wouldnt help either saying its private property they couldnt touch it to call a tow co. No one would help move a abandoned vehicle from my driveway!!!

Because my tow truck driver went above and beyond the service ordered, I feel compelled to leave a review for Norcross Tow n Go and AJ.I called for a battery charge and/or a tow. Driver arrived on time and was the friendly upbeat professional I needed when stuck on the road with a dead car.AJ got the battery charged and checked the alternator. Reported that I needed a new battery NOW and followed my to the nearest auto shop to be sure I made it safely. Adding this company to my phone.Services: Battery service

I had to pick up my nephew's car that was impounded the night before. As far as impound lots go, the charge was reasonable I have definitely seen much higher rates. Although the people behind the counter had no personality, as long as you have the correct paperwork and the cash you can expect no hassles. You park on the street outside the gate and walk in. Just make sure you have cash in the correct paperwork.

A+++ I highly recommend this business! They were the first one that appeared on Google & I noticed all the good reviews so I figured I would call them to get a quote. Very friendly over the phone, very friendly in person, and cheaper than their competitors! AJ was the person who towed my vehicle from my job to my mechanic's. He welcomed me with a smile and he was so polite. He was also very professional, and he just looked like he enjoyed his job. It was very refreshing. I feel good supporting this business.
