The young lady who helped me was very nice. Even before I got to the counter, I noticed that she was very attentive and patient with the customer in front of me. I thought that was pretty professional of her.

Don’t come in here much but the one time I desired to shop I had a bad experience with a manager .. white lady with the short hair has one nasty attitude…. Her face expressions shows and when I saw her she looked like a shopper not a manager … what happened to managers looking presentable for work … definitely never again . Not sure why old navy has a person with a long t shirt and baggy shorts… be a lead ….

This Old Navy location is really nice , and it’s always well stocked with the current seasonal styles etc. plus old navy is the only place I buy my blouses and most of the T-shirts :)Staff is friendly.

Old Navy used to be so vibrant and filled with interesting designs and price points. Not sure what happened, but feels like a shell of its former self. I did find the jeans I was looking for a friend, after a bit of a struggle.Checkout was functional, I didn't find anyone else assisting, but maybe because it was midday during a work week?
