Very convenient location, can pick up inside or curbside. Staggered helpful and friendly. May be out of particular food, so check online before going to store. Very good sale and clearance items inside.

Worst Petsmart ever they sold me a guinea pig that was sick and he was only a baby with no hesitation. I don’t have a problem going to the vet and buying him medicine but the problem was they had a vet inside which was only provided for cats and dogs and now my guinea pig is sick as Dog fighting for his life they don’t care about their animals. They keep them in small enclosures and they are just the worst. I don’t even want to give them a star they should be shut down

On the surface, they seem to like animals, but they are commercial. PetSmart doesn't sell animal allergy medicine or ointment and casts for injuries. The hospital sells them, but they sell them for several times more expensive.

Finally, they have the meal worm issue resolved. However, I discovered that my gekko enjoy superworms and will gobble them down. I received quick service in the fish department today.

Staff went on break during my grooming appointment and I was asked to wait until they got back in a room with no chairs. Unprofessional, will find a new groomer.

Customer service was terrible. Didn’t direct me anywhere or assist with anything. My interaction with the cashier was very poor she had a terrible attitude. When I approached the manager and employee on the floor I waited until they finished their conversation and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Just said yes and wanted me to proceed with my question. I didn’t even buy anything from the establishment since their employees have such poor attitudes. This company needs to look into who they’re hiring. Petsmart is for pet people who actually want to be at work. Not people who could care less about any and anything around them besides a check.
