Very poor customer service, does not honor parts or services. Had screen replaced, they used inferior parts which caused phone to freeze and become unusable, all phone data, photos ect was lost. When I asked them to fix this issue, they conveniently could not find me in their database and sent me on a hunt to locate a receipt.

DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE. This place will scam u.!!!! Frauds!!!! Read the rewiews. They took my phone and my 180.00 saying they could fix it. Then 2 days later said they couldnt. I was told i could only have store credit. Long story short. No phone. No money. No store credit. This was right before christmas and im a single mom of 2 boys.

Monica is so gorgeous and sweet. She is the hottest woman I’ve ever seen in my life and she’s so helpful. Every time I go get my phone serviced she always greets me with the cutest smile. She’s so flirty and when she turns around I feel I’m going to die. You’re the best and I love you!
