It’s a storage unit, it serves its purpose. They do close over night, which is fine, really it keeps me from over extending myself moving stuff into the night. The gate can be finicky, doesn’t always respond. And once it’s open it stays open probably for too long. Like two people went in, I went out, and it was still open when I left.
They provide a lock, prices are decent.
My unit is outside, so I have not been inside.
There is a dumpster in a fence and signs that say no dumping, it’s clearly not for public use (which it was but I get it) people dump stuff around the gate anyway.

Went to access my storage and BOTH elevators were down, so had to return next day at 6:00am and then got locked inside gate because my code was denied, the next day ni problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

When I tell you I had a great experience walking into the store to make my reservation! I never laughed so hard and made my day I was so stressed out for having to move and place my items in storage they literally walked me to the units to see sizing and help ease my mind Ms.Tina and Ms.Mary are awesome and I’m very pleased to come into the store!

Ms Mary and Michelle were amazing when I thought I wasted money getting a unit outside . They made everything work for me ! Got me a unit outside ! And with only a couple dollars more if you in a pickle and need to move quick go see my girl they get you a place to store your stuff with no stress !!

I want to give an awesome review to the ladies at your Indian Trail location. Darlene, Mary, and Michelle are super awesome workers, and a joy to come around. They are very professional, and their Customer Service is on point. They do an excellent job of representing your company. I come to this location specifically because of it. They are very knowledgeable, peaceful, and funny. It is great to see people like them.

Total SCAM.
My rent increased from $21 to $51 after a 6 month.
No way to get a refund.

Convenient location, and taken care of well considering the area it is in. I rented online about 4 or 5 months ago. I haven't seen, nor have I needed to see a single employee. I love that. Thank you guys! I may not see you but I know you exist and I appreciate all your hard work.
