This is one of my first nice experiences to see it directly how it all works. You go there and pay $2 entrance fee and enter the huge open lot.You optionally can search for the items you are looking for in a computer at the entrance and print the details on a paper to take it with you. Then you just walk up to the row you need and remove it all by yourself and come back to the entrance and pay the amount they say. From what I have seen it’s very very cheap.

Really like the people at the Atlanta north location they get a 5 star the virtual operator gets a -5 star so the way to aggravate your customers is with the V.A., it hung up on me several times. Some one needs to back up the V.A., so we don't drive for hours to find out the V.A. is a lier also.

We just bought an air cleaner and an inline intake manifold for around $50! Matthew was very helpful and made our experience so much better. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully he’s here again!

Gave me a price for my car and when they arrived an hour late they did the bait and switch and offered me half of what the quoted. No negotiation. Horrible business.

Horrible experience they told me they had the part. Drove an hour and a half to get to the junkyard. The part was not on the vehicle. Bought a motor paid cash. The motor was no good. They would not give me back my cash refund I had to take a store credit. What could this corporation not give back cash. They had no problem taking my cash but they have problems giving it back. Employees don't know what's really on the lot. And most of them don't know anything about cars. Very unhappy with this company. They wanted me to swap the motor. So I drove to the other two locations around Atlanta. Each one said they had the engine there was only pieces of engines. Was not about to drive 3 hours to Augusta to see if they had the parts. Customer service was horrible they won't call one junkyard to the other to see if there's the part there. But rather me spend 6 hours of driving time to go see if it's there. When I was leaving the store at Norcross the employee told me I might as well get a tow truck to haul my ass out of there. Nice thing to say to your customer

Parts are overpriced. They also nickel and dime you by charging an "environmental fee" a "service fee" and a fee for debit card payments. I won't be back.

I needed a stock rim for one that my kid bent. Tire stores apparently don't have these and source from different spots, if at all. This happened on a Sunday, so the shop doing the repairs said to try Pull A Part. They said that they have lots of rims already pulled, and because the car is common and they had several in stock, it shouldn't be an issue. I had the size and the bolt pattern. I go in, and I ask the guy who takes the admission fee (more on this later) what the deal with rims was and told him I just needed 1 generic rim. He told me I would have to buy all four. I told him I wasn't looking for a fancy rim that needed to match with the other three. I only needed a generic stock one.By this point, I'm pretty irritated that I even had to go get my own rim anyway, so I just left. The tire store told me that is not at all what should have happened, and they send customers over there all the time to get stock rims.I don't know if it was because I am a woman, and the only one who was there, or what. But what kind of junkyard won't sell a customer a part? Also, they charge $2 admission. What? Why!?

Always a great experience, only with that people wouldn't destroy valuable parts when getting what they're looking for.

Whew yesterday was so hot to be out here but i respect the people who do work here because it was extremely to hot to be in that building . Seem like a reliable place and not to bad on prices i went here to look for a spare tires which was going to only cost me $15 but i couldn't find it. Keep in mind no kids allowed here i had my kid so the look around was cut short plus it was to hot while we waited for her dad to try to find the spare . Can't believe i forgot to take some photos but again the heat

Not like it used to be. Only allowed 16 and up in and had my son, who's 11 with me. Be aware have a baby sitter if going to PullAPart! Also not many newer vehicles there. Anything 2011 and up no need, go somewhere else!
