Worst QT I’ve been to. Cashier completely ignored me while talking to a separate customer about her makeup. After she was done talking, she turned her back to me and started talking to a coworker. There’s a reason why this QT’s rated so low.

Came to this location 4/10/25 around 10pm my husband found needles on the parking lot that are injected into people. ( there are children that come in and out of here !!!) and the restroom were a mess !!!! This qt isn’t what it once was!!!!!!

Worst experience of all time just trying to get some free air. How do you pull up at a QT at the air pump and you decide you’re gonna patch your tire and don’t say nothing to other patrons just let them sit there while they’re looking at you trying to figure out when are you going to move And then I called inside and had an employee come out and all he says is there’s nothing he can do. The man is not even using the machine. I’m parked all odd and weird with my tail out across the entrance and this man is not even using the machine, but there is nothing you can. Do you offer me a drink when my tire needs air The worst experience trying to use an air pump of all time.

I don't recall her exact name, but it was something like Ubaldho or Baldie. She was incredibly efficient and quick in preparing my order. I was struggling with what to choose and was on the verge of tears, but Ubaldho noticed my distress and stepped in. She knew exactly what I needed and even gave me a comforting hug. Though she did smell a bit sour, her positive aura completely canceled it out. If this isn't the definition of an outstanding employee, I don't know what is. I definitely recommend visiting this location when Ubaldho is working. ???

(See attached image) As someone who works at RaceTrac, do you have any idea how long it takes a PRESERVED MEAT STICK to become this disgusting? The workers at this store are so nice and kind, have never had any problems. But girl, what is this?? this is basic FIFO standards. Idk how an item like this would even get so grodie and decomposed unnoticed. When I brought it up to the counter, the cashier didn't even notice how nasty it was and tried ringing it up for me. It was 3am, so it's not like they were busy either. Imagine if someone had picked this up and purchased it because neither the cashier or consumer noticed,,, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Come to this QT often, but on some occasions this store bends the rules. If you go to this store a few minutes before 11:35pm they will not sell beer or wine. Contrary to GA law to stop at 11:45. A lot of upset people trying to buy before it's legally closed for the day but the cashier's give push back and close out sales before . Don't waste your time past 11:30 if you need to grab.

I came in this evening to pump my gas, someone has prepaid on it, we were honest people and tried to cancel it. It wouldn’t let us cancel. We were in a hurry so we pumped. A QT worker came out and said that she prepaid it on the wrong pump and that I needed to come inside to pay the $12 I had used on it. We told her yes. She stood there until I came inside as if I were going to leave without pay 12 freaking dollars. It’s not MY fault you put in on the wrong pump. That money should come out of your pocket. Own up to it with management. Not just that but standing there until I finished pumping to make sure I came inside to pay your mistake. I felt some type of way about this. Since they don’t care if I said I won’t return as a customer I’m on here posting the review. I wish management would reach out to me when they see this.

I usually stop at 3:00 a.m to buy donuts and like 2 weeks ago the guy charge me 2.29 por donut and today I stop by and he wants to charge again 2.29 por each and I told him that he charge 2.29 each donut the last time and the donuts cost 1.29 each and he answered me back, no that cost 2.29 por each and I said no the price is there and he got mad and also I had to wait for long time till he decide to charge me because he's talking with the girl that I think is his girlfriend because the other day they where fighting and today she was with him so I assume is the girlfriend , so this boy service is really bad.

This was the first bad experience I’ve ever had at a quick trip and it absolutely wrecked my whole day. These two employees Abigail & Nancy(got their names after incident to report to corporate) had no reason to treat me so cold heartedly after I’ve just gotten my gas stolen. Never met them a day in my life. Did not even try to hear me out or get management involved. I had to get law enforcement involved. Get someone to help me out with gas. After contacting corporate they kindly refunded me the measly $20 I got stolen from me. Informing me that most quick trip employees wouldn’t have an issue getting me my money back after checking the cameras.
