Just left 15 minutes ago. I wanted a hot dog, but they had been on the roller for an untold number of hours. They were dark-skinndid and wrinkly. All it takes to become an average convenient store is to turn an eye to quality and ignore the things that make you different.

Bathrooms were not clean. However, nice staff, well stocked, and great location.

I just went through two QTs looking for coffee but what I found was sad and despicable. The coffee machines instead of coffee gave water with a bad smell but the most ridiculous thing is the sugar dispensers that are literal coffee cups.

Today I went inside here with my 3 kids and my aunt who brought us pizza and my aunt left out the store as I was waiting for it the Employee Zara who is Mexican with blond hair got in my face being rude and disrespectful. No customer service and not professional at all. She waited there while I got my pizza and was watching me the entire time. See people like that like to mess with the customer for no reason when I'm just waiting on my pizza for my family. She needs to be fired and others customer's say she always like that which I know cause I seen her like that every time I comes in that store.

Service at this location today was extremely disappointing! I asked for help using the kiosk to order a Cuban grilled cheese as this was my first time using the kiosk. The young lady was very polite and helped me through the entire process and then once my receipt printed she directed me to the counter where I would receive my order. After standing there for literally 28minutes I asked the manager on duty how much longer for my order, he knew exactly what I was talking about and laughed with an attitude saying “you have to pay for that first before we make it” so you mean you allowed me to stand here NEXT TO YOU this long knowing what I was waiting on but never helped me until it became funny that I had been standing there for so long. I walked away without speaking and went to the register to pay for the rest of my stuff and Ty was such a pleasant young man and HE is the type of person you would want to be a manager not the one on duty right now!!!! I will never return to this location and would like corporate to reach out to me to discuss the manager on duty between 2:00-3:00pm today!!
