I come here between 10am and 12pm. I like their snacks. This Racetrac is clean most of the time. The staff at this Racetrac does a good job.
I've read reviews about the overnight staff. I have only experienced the morning/noon staff. They normally do a good job.

I stopped in here to have the frozen yogurt and they do not carry the nuts anymore at this location. I spoke to an on-duty manager, and he said nobody wants nuts. We only catered to what people want. I explained to him I don’t want sugar and candy on top of my frozen yogurt. I want nuts like all the other locations, Could he please order the nuts and he said I’ll tell the manager, but the Manager just won’t order them. He said we’re just losing money on those. Very disappointed! Please racetrack get this fixed!!!

Stopped by this RaceTrac in Norcross for the first time in a couple of years, and I was really surprised at how much it’s changed — starting to feel more like QuickTrip in the best way! The store was clean and organized, with a solid selection of hot food and snacks. I was especially impressed by the self-serve ice cream bar with toppings — a nice touch you don’t see everywhere. Fountain drink prices were decent too. Definitely a convenient stop whether you’re grabbing food or just fueling up. I’ll be back!

I think is the worst location in Gwinnett County, always something is missing in the coffee station, the manager is most of the time on the phone, I don't think he is ordering inventory, even his appearance is not professional. Some of the employees are not friendly at all, most of them. Do you really would do something about it ???

First time visiting this location and it was a pleasant experience. The pump area could have done with a little cleaning, some the trash cans were running over, but the inside was really clean, neat, and very presentable. My only issue was the keypad at the pump did not work so I wasn’t able to enter my phone number for my points. Overall a definite recommend.

Kalisha is NASTY!!! She is the cashier at this location, and she’s definitely in the wrong business. Young girls need love from their parents to avoid ending up like this poor, miserable little girl with adult responsibilities. SMH. Please hire someone else!

The worst race track in all race tracks stay away from this place management know they have a 2.9 score and still do no adjustments and what they blame it on is short staff every time I come in this location they always seem super unprofessional and whoever is in charge should not be Come to get pizza there’s no pizza they say there’s a truck and they have to put it up every time you come in the store not only the customer service is like everybody is speaking and race track. They all have an attitude. The manager is worse person in the building and she allows their staff to treat customers that way I don’t really do anything, but I just want people to know stay away from this place. I promise they will let you down. Nothing made up. This is all true facts. The guy who works behind the bar is the laziest person ever the females that work behind the counter look like they just got out of jail not trying to be racist or Discouraging, but this place needs to be revamped. Please stay far away from this place. I guarantee they let you down and management after seeing this is not gonna do anything to correct those actions this place has failed.

Thus store is not 24 hours and has not been for at least a year if not more... 00:09 snd store is closed...053123 @ 0113 store was closed / locked up - please stop advertising as 24 hrs if you are not - SMH031824- I am 0ver 60 with Grey hair and beard and I guess I should be flattered that some ask for ID but it gets tiresome when some do and others don't- only reason I stop here is because they are closer to house - but will not give money to gas station that won't even take a digital driver's license like almost everyone does now... just doesn't make sense ... SMHSunday April 14 - 02:59 yet again this store is closed - door is locked and no one comes to window or can be seen in store - waste of time - but it is closest one(convenience store) that shoukd be open at this time ... SMH

This place is Roach Infested!!!!!!!! I have seen countless amounts of roaches by the roller grill. DO NOT EAT HERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! This place needs to be Tented & Bombed! I have reported them to the health Inspector as well ! Nasty Nasty Place !!
