I called earlier this morning to book a haircut appointment for my daughter, and later called back to add a hair massage service for myself. Unfortunately, the response I received was quite rude and dismissive. Instead of simply informing me that the appointment was unavailable, I was told, “We already have an appointment with others—how can I do yours?” I was expecting a straightforward response like “we’re fully booked” or “we're unavailable at that time.”
As a customer, I have no way of knowing how many staff members are available or how the schedule works internally. It would be more helpful to communicate availability clearly and courteously.
The person I spoke to on the phone was especially rude, and I found the tone quite surprising. In my 15 years of living in Atlanta, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional customer service.
As a result of this experience, I immediately cancelled my daughter’s appointment. The staff member responded with a curt “ok” and ended the call without any acknowledgment or courtesy.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it can help improve communication and customer service going forward. Every customer interaction matters, and a little professionalism and kindness go a long way

I have been going to Dilruba for a few years and she does a great haircut and styling. She is very professional and accomodates my requests.

Hi I am deepa ...i went to.Ruby Parlor today and no words to explain how humble and sweet person I met her name is Asmina..she make me feel so.comfortable and she did a great job I n my facial and body massage..i strongly recommend Asmina ..such a sweetheart and all the ambience ...environment was so homely ..just love love simply loved it ..Asmina ❤️

I really hope the owners sees this. While they did a nice job with my eyebrows, they are very unsanitary! I saw a lady check out a customer and handled money (bills and coins) and continued to take people for their eyebrows without washing or disinfecting her hands! Mind you she touches your face a lot while she threads your eyebrows. I didn’t see my lady do that, but it made me question their cleanliness at the salon. Please try to use at least hand sanitizer in between each client and replace that brow brush! It is old and gross!!

Went for threading and hair color and cut. Threading lady did a good job. Hair color and cut was ok too but the bill was a shocker especially when she automatically added 20% tips without even asking me or letting me know. She also did not ask me what shade of color i wanted. She just assumed that I wanted to go with the previous hair color. Also the place is not clean. Further she made me wait saying she’s taking a lunch break in the middle of my hair color/cut. I will not be going here anymore.

Minky(?) Is the only person in there I trust. She does a great job on my eyebrows every time. Any time I've been desperate and let someone else in there try it's a disaster. They don't listen at all and seem to have no idea what they're doing.

Rip off!! They charged me $70 for the most simple hair wash, cut, and blowdry. I even asked how much it was going to cost before I agreed, and she said $30-40. Do not go here if you need a haircut, she'll end up charging you $40 extra for no reason!!!!!!! I was at the Global Mall Location

I hadn't had my eyebrows done in a while, as in a year because they we threaded so poorly previously thar stop going all together, and some recommended this place to me and my eyebrows look amazing. Just how I wanted them and how they should look. Thank Pao!

Combs are dirty and people in rush they r not doing good job. They are not trained hair cutters. They messed up my hairs.
