We are renting a storage unit at this location and visited today to add a few items to our space. Alexandria Greer was incredibly helpful and efficient during our visit. My dad had lost the keys to the storage unit, which made our task more challenging. However, Alexandria quickly came up with a solution and worked hard to break the lock for us. She also assisted us in purchasing a new lock. Throughout the process, she remained friendly, polite, and humble. I can't wait to recommend this place to others, as the service Alexandria provided was outstanding.
