Came here to pick up some items for my wife. As a guy I felt out of place in 2025 where society has it out to make men the bad guy. The ladies there were friendly though & welcomed me so my overall experience was pretty good. Women deserve their spaces so I can't say I would be willing to come back.

The ladies who work here are rude and are unprofessional. They don’t speak to customers correctly, dress professionally or even act like they want you to buy something big this was my company, I’d do some serious rehiring.

I came here and got measured. I bought some bras. They were way too small. I had to come back. When I spoke to the store lead and told her what happened and suggested they train their employees better she said ok thank you. What happened to customer service? An apology would have sufficed and wouldn’t have led me to write this review, but you shouldn’t be in retail if you can’t at least be friendly and have a modicum of product knowledge.

Went by this store location after dinner because I am desperately in need of new bras. I have worn the same soma bras for years so I knew exactly what I wanted. The person working there was so rude that I purposely left empty handed. If they are wondering why they are not doing well at this location, it is because of employees like this. The second we walked in the door we were greeted by telling us “just so you know we close at 7” and I was like “oh, what time is it?.” It was 6:50. Plenty of time to grab what I needed, but instantly felt like she was trying to push us out. She asked what I was looking for, and I pointed at the bra I have always worn. She rushed over and asked my size and quickly tried to find it for me. I hesitated to tell her my size because she was being so pushy. It was like she was trying to find it for me to make it faster and get me out the door faster so I told her that I was fine looking through the drawer on my own. After she left us alone, I put my bra I had found down and left. I expect way better service and not to be rushed when looking / buying a 50 dollar bra. I watched her tell two other customers that came in that they were about to close the second they walked in the door too, rushing everyone out. My sister and I didn’t even think she worked there until she told us they were closing because she was standing there talking on the phone when we first came in, not working. I will order my bras online and not visit this location again even though it is 5 minutes from my home.

I bought my daughter a bra here and after one wear the wire popped out, so we went to exchange it today. We had a pretty terrible experience with Camille. The second we walked in she had a bad attitude and negative demeanor. While she was able to help us get a new bra, she was very cold and unfriendly. Will not be back at this location.

Misleading, if not intentionally deceptive.Website stated that an item was available at a local store. When I arrived, that was not the case. Was told that if I place an online order and paid an extra $25 for rush shipping, I would receive the item by the 25th... The order was placed that very moment, and now the shipping status indicates the arrival as 26th.Be warned, you may not be getting what you paid for.PS. If the item arrives by the 25th, I will gladly correct my review.

I had an amazing shopping experience with Camille! I dread bra shopping but Camille made it easy with her suggestions and knowledge of the products. She was extremely personable and provided excellent customer service!

The reason for this 1 star review is because this location no longer allows customers to use the restroom. I have shopped exclusively at soma for bras and other things for years, but as someone with a chronic illness who at times has an unexpected urgency to use the restroom, being turned away today could have meant a very messy and embarrassing accident. I will be contacting the corporate office to have this policy changed.

4 stars because the lady to helped me was absolutely amazing!! But I was a little disappointed "every bra. every body" lol. Bras have never been that accessible to me being a 36 G since high school and they still didn't have a great selection for me. I absolutely LOVED the wireless bra but they don't have it in my size so that was a big bummer and I wish there was a bra out there that I could run in and not have to hold my boobs. Also they only held my size in the back so the lady helping me had to keep running back there. just disappointed in the bra industry lol was hoping for better from soma for me. I recognize they're still a great option for smaller sizes

Went here for my first ever professional bra fitting earlier today and had a wonderful experience - staff members were super nice and I didn't have to wait at all. I'll definitely be back if I need to get fitted again!
