This experience is based on a delivery. It took over 15 minutes to get a customers order for (2) drinks. The associate Juliana stated she was working on it but left and I could see her in the back talking to another associate. The young lady in the drive thru came and helped with the order as well as others that were waiting. The guy making drinks was extremely busy and so was drive thru and the other two associates didn't bother to help.

Save your money and go to another Starbucks. Been here twice in the last week- ordered different things both times. Got a vanilla latte with cold foam, a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and a matcha latte with sweet cream cold foam. I typically add a 3 pumps of vanilla or peppermint to my order and every single drink including the frappe has tasted like there’s no sugar in literally everything??? Also whoever is making cold foam in this store needs to figure out how to do it correctly. It’s globbed up and when I got it today it doesn’t taste correctly nor look right. AGAIN. It even was separating in the cup. Seems to be an issue with this store according to the reviews- go somewhere else.

this is truly the worst starbucks in the area… if it wasn’t the only one near me, I would go literally anywhere elsemy order is wrong every single time. and when I try to tell someone, they literally act like they do not see or hear me trying to get their attention until it’s clear Im not going to go away.I am currently sitting in the lobby, waiting for my order.. it has been half an hour and not a single drink has come up. I assume they are prioritizing drive thru? I’ve tried to get someone’s attention twice and I can’t get anyone to even look at me. I would rather have a refund than wait an hour for a cold brew with almond milk.this is a black hole of a chain coffee shop, and I cannot wait for there to be other options in this area besides dunkin and starbucks.

It took 15 minutes for my order to be completed from the time I paid until I got my muffin. One coffee came out first, then two other drinks 5 min later, then my food finally came after I’d asked about it and a shift manager came and asked me why I was waiting on. They weren’t THAT busy. They just didn’t seem interested.

The cinnamon dulce latte with whole milk tasted great. The coffee here always gives me long-lasting energy to start the work day.

The manager Rachel looked me dead in the face and charged my card four times for my order in the drive thru. She claimed to it “wasn’t going through.” In fact, the total was taken out of my account four times. I was so flabbergasted I just drove away.

In the drive thru, Ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino, taste nothing like it. This has happened multiple times, I have no idea if they are doing this in purpose honestly. My drink taste as if I were drinking metal, I don't think I can finish it!

As a partner, I know this job can be a struggle, but this location was very slow during my visit. The cafe trash was overflowing, my venti brown sugar shaken espresso is really just a venti oatmilk with a splash of espresso. They forgot my foam at first, which was fine, but the drink should be made correctly the first time. The connection didn’t feel there. Won’t be returning to this location.

The manager RACHEAL @ this particular location is unable to retain good staff, fails to provide adequate training for any new partners and is herself quite a mess.

I drink starbucks almost every day. I have never felt as disappointed as today, January 1, 2024. I ordered 2 Starbucks drinks at 6:30 pm. At that time there were 2 employees working. The male employee only made 1 starbucks drink so I tried to tell him I ordered 2. But despite my trying to say they deliberately pretended not to hear me and after a few minutes the female employee also came and I I had to wait a long time before they made me another one with an unhappy attitude... and omg the drink was so bad that I couldn't drink both. I will never come back here again just wasted my money and time waiting

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up it took more than 10 minutes because according to them there was no order, when they verified that the order was there it took almost 20 minutes more according to them because it was difficult and it was only an iced coffee and still They were upset because I complained to them. Terrible service, I just didn't leave because I couldn't cancel the order.

I ordered Bacon-Egg-Gouda sandwich and Cafe Americano with a gentleman at around 10:35 am on a Sunday morning and it was 11:10 am (more than 30 minutes!) and still I don't see my order. This has never happened before. They simply messed up. I tried to talk to someone but they were TOO BUSY to listen and help me. Finally a lady helped me. They got to fix this. Should not happen again!
