They need help, waited too long for service. Bankers in the office not willing to help, except 1 young lady after waiting forever in the line. They are pleasant but not efficient.

Ms Susan Slack was courteous and helpful. She greeted those who were queuing for the tellers, transacted with the lock technician, at the same time assisted me with an international wire, cheerfully. This was a pleasant banking visit, will use this location from now on.
