We had an extremely disappointing experience at this Truist branch recently. Vivian, not only refused to assist us but also displayed a complete lack of professionalism. She belittled us and failed to offer any solutions to our concerns. To make matters worse, when we said we would seek help at another branch, Vivian advised us to withhold the truth about her incompetence by telling us to tell them a manager was unavailable at this branch and not to say her name. Such behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the branch's commitment to customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this branch due to the unhelpful and unprofessional conduct of staff like Vivian.

I really wish they would solve their ATM situation. It’ll work for one week, then it’ll be broken for three weeks. The touch screen just constantly malfunctions. I would have to drive all the way to the Peachtree Corners location just to use a Truist ATM when I live just up the street from the Jimmy Carter location.

This bank will steal your money Do Not do any business with this bank they got their atm machines set up to steal from customers I recently went to make a deposit at one of their own atm machines and kept my money and now the bank is saying that they can’t find my money, if you use their ATM machines your transactions are not secured and are not insured by the FDIC.

Again, tried to make a simple everyday purchase online, and the card is locked and I have to go back into the branch to get it unlocked. Fortunately, I have learned many painful lessons that Truist can't be trusted with your money. Therefore, instead of going into the branch to unlock this card, I will be closing this account. I'm so thankful that I have multiple accounts. They will lock your card and keep your money and take hours to unlock your entire account over a regular, everyday purchase. It is so bizarre that a bank is like this. I get fraud, but BOA and Wells Fargo, will call and/or send a text to confirm that it is you and if they should proceed. Not Truist! They just shut everything down except deposits. It is my fault to have tarried, but I shall tarry No More. And yes, as a consumer, I do have other choices, thankfully, and these I shall be exercising. Hallelujah!!!DO NOT TRUST TRUIST!! THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE AND THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!!

Only 1 star because I couldn't leave NO STARS! The worst customer service. Especially the teller Francisco U. He doesn't know what he's doing and should definitely not be a bank teller. Don't come here and if you do, don't let Francisco handle your checks and deposits.

I see why this branch has a lot of 1 stars... not even 2pm on aFriday afternoon and they have a line out the door and a line full of cars in the driver thru. Don't bank here if your in a hurry. Lady just setting in her office as she looks at the line of ppl in her lobby waiting to be helped smh

I can give negative star if I have opportunity to do it.It’s always same at this branch .Staff has no coordination and don’t want to help each other at all, even the customer is thereI have business account, one terminal they said it was freeze . I was waiting for 10 minutes all other terminal was working . Next teller can’t help because she said she is doing night drop deposit.They need more coordination for customer who are waiting in line and help each other in staff .

Since the transition to Truist, there have been so many fees (annual, maintenance, service, overdraft fees). I was unaware that they would apply a $7.00 "maintenance fee " for every out transaction. That is why I am closing my account after my next pay period. If I'm sending my money to one of my external accounts (like I have been for many years) listed on Truist I should not be charged each transaction. Once a year understandable maybe but every transaction. I have been charged so many times not even realizing until just recently why would I pay extra to use my money! That's what annual fees cover, for Truist to hold my set money for the year in use of whenever I need it. With so many mobile updates the full app including deposits should be fully operational!

I went in at 9:30 to discuss a debit on my account went in and banker named Vivian turned me away in the lobby because I didn’t have an appointment even though the branch was empty and there were no clients visible she said I can get help over the phone or make an appointment how convenient and she wasn’t even polite about it at all very unprofessional then she discusses our interaction behind the teller line when I returned to see how to make an appointment how professional and they all pretended I wasn’t in the lobby I went to the embry hills location in chamblee and I received assistance without any hesitation and guess what I didn’t have to have an appointment. She was basically avoiding to help me because my issue wasn’t beneficial to her all she cared about was meeting her quotas for the day. She wasn’t willing to help even though I told her I already contacted customer care.

Waited 20 minutes to drop off a deposit for my job. Got back to the store and realized the change was over $55 short. I called and was left on hold for almost 20 minutes. Been calling back all day but being sent to automated line. Terrible customer service
