Terrible bank. They will ghost you as soon as papers are signed and their call system is set up to stop you from complaining or talking to a human. I wish I had picked a different bank which is what you should do.

Always friendly, not a single service fee. (Maybe because I don't bounce checks.)

Bad customer service! Would have an easier time driving to the Marietta branch than dealing with them. They have problems with simple transactions I can only imagine how they handle something bigger.
