Well, what can I say about this location. From the entire staff here (Darwin, Melanie, Jason, & Jesenia). They did amazing trying to fix my new iPhone that had issues trying to transfer passwords and the connection. I was here for hours and not one of them had complaints helping me. Please come here to get any of your phone needs met. I know I will. They have great communication and very knowledgeable about their products.Thanks team T-Mobile of Peachtree Industrial ;)

J and D were very helpful. I came into the store with a challenge I couldn’t get help with by calling 611. They easily answered my questions and helped me protect my phone with new equipment!

This location is everything! Me and my husband stop by and literally J and D helped us tremendously, all of 101 questions were answered and the value was definitely delivered. Plus there sales so tight I took many notes! ? Thank you ladies.

Wonderful customer service! Melani was so patient and helpful to me when I came in to switch my phone service provider. She is incredibly knowledgable with regard to T-Mobile service, the available products and the new service set-up process.The entire experience was awesome....I am unable to write a new review so I can only edit my previous review to include my experience at the store today. Melani was not there today when I went in so I met with the gentleman who was there. I purchased a phone and a glass protective cover on 10.9. On 10.18 a small crumb of food caught the edge of the glass cover and cracked it. My understanding is that once those type of covers crack the phone is particularly vulnerable to cracking ( I did not know I was getting a glass cover when I purchased the phone). I also understand from many posts that people find the glass covers very vulnerable to cracking, I had hoped that a small crumb would not be the cause of cover damage and since I had purchased the phone less than two weeks previously the store would replace the cover free of charge. This gentleman told me since I did not purchase phone protection there would be a $39.99 charge for a new cover. He then went on to tell me he was just trying to support his children. I am not sure why he mentioned that but found it to be a bit strange and unnessesary. My experience was very unsatisfactory and I will not be returning to this store because of it. Yvonne, the manager was in the back of the store on the phone so I could not speak with her.

My father and I came to talk about our service, when we approached the building, there was 4-5 people with a t-mobile shirt, and one family of guests. When we approached the building and went inside, no one greeted us. I don't think it takes 4-5 T-Mobile members to handle one family. It was frustrating because we were pressed for time but the workers never gave us a look, and they sat away from us without asking us if we needed assistance. the age of the workers were so where between 20's and 30's. My impression I got that those people who were on the clock failed to live up to the T-Mobile expectations in terms of customer service. I am very dissatisfied. Young adults who showed laziness and not a good aptitude of customer service. We came in September 23, 2023, and no person in the shift showed us a warm welcoming. We stood in the building without proper instructions from the people on shift. It doesn't take 4-5 people to handle one guest. Also there backs were turned away from us, very rude

Nicolette is such a rude person!! I walked into the store at 5:30pm on Sunday, and being new to T-mobile I had a few questions I needed to ask. I was honestly looked down on, and felt disrespected!This store was supposed to close at 6:00pm, and as at 5:45 she was closing the doors, and was ready to be out of there. T-mobile, you deserve to employ people who care greatly about their customer’s.

Courtney made our experience with switching over to T-Mobile so much better. There are always hiccups you run into when changing services and she went out of her way to help us. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Our experience with T-Mobile has been good so far but more than anything her customer service has made us feel good about the switch. I highly recommend you ask for her when you come to the store!

Clean store, but curly hair female employee that helped me out on a Sunday didn't open the doors until I tried to enter at 12:08PM and didn't even bother opening the door to welcome me. She didn't really look like she wanted to help my cause or be there ... I wouldn't recommend anyone to talk to her...

I rarely ever leave reviews but the service that I received at this location was amazing!!! Courtney was the girl that helped me with switching my service over. Good Customer service is soooo hard to come by nowadays & she exceeded my expectations which prompted this review! She explained everything so thoroughly she made me feel like we were friends more than just a customer at a phone store. I really appreciated that! I also got a great deal on my new iPhone so I’m definitely happy about that ! I don’t live that close to this store I just stopped by since I was in the area. But just her service alone makes me wanna make that hour drive for any phone issues I may have . She is a gem & a total asset to the Tmobile franchise . Thanks again girl I’ll be back!
