“I own Kia Optima Hybrid and for over a year the dealership has try to fix my car, on recall items, but has charged me thousands of dollars for towing, items not covered under warranty, it is not good. Fiinally got my car back drove it for a couple weeks local driving and car is overheating. Kia said the next appointment is 6 months before they can even look at it.Looking around I found Joel Auto repair. They have a very reasonable car towing charge. After inspection of my car there were several simple problems that the dealership didn't repair like hoses leaking and other basic items. The manager was easy to work with and their rates were very reasonable. If i brought it back to the dealership they would have charged me thousands of dollars again.
