“I am so impressed with David & Hayden. I took my sprinter van to MBT for service. It was slipping, not getting into gear smoothly.. Before then I had the transmission serviced by my long time mechanic I deal with for over 30 years because I trusted him. Got it back but not in good shape, still slipping so I took it to MBT because of the reviews I saw online .Other shops I talked to tells me I need a new transmission but David & Hayden assured me that it was not the transmission but the software update and they recommended another transmission service. I agreed and my van came out running like brand new. I’m so happy and ready to hit the road again. I strongly recommend this shop to all Mercedes owners because they have the right tools to do the job and most importantly they didn’t try to upsell me. At the end they even gave me a huge discount because I am an owner operator who is struggling at this time. I can’t thank these guys enough. Please if you have an issue with your Mercedes Benz try MBT of Doraville before anywhere else. Fair, honest, respectful and friendly service.”

“I highly recommend Norcross Transmission. I had an serious issue with my Tahoe transmission and after Jim and his staff found it needed a full replacement I was given multiple options available to me with no pressure on what option to pick but guidance on each for the replacement. After the replacement my car runs perfectly and very happy with the results. Thank you for providing such great service.”

“We had a few kinks to work out with an overzealous office manager but Tim (the owner) was amazing, helpful and reasonable. We had evacuated from Florida for hurricane Irma and became stranded with transmission issues in the area. Tim worked hard to get us back on the road as quickly as possible considering their own setbacks from the storm including closed parts suppliers and electricity loss. He was very fair and compassionate to our situation. If they were closer we would continue to use the shop for future needs.”

“Jim and his partner are great to work with. Very honest and upfront. I was told by a general mechanic they would have to entirely replace my transmission. Jim and his partner were able to fix my car without replacing the entire transmission. Thank you to Jim.”
