“I recently had my Tesla repaired at Georgia Luxury Automotive in Norcross for dent repair, paint work, and cosmetic wheel repair. The entire process took 11 days, which was longer than I expected. The main reason for the delay was that the alloy wheel repair company did not do the wheel repair properly the first time, so the wheels had to be sent back and the repair took several additional days. I was honestly very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I felt there could have been better communication and follow-up to resolve the issue more efficiently. That said, I’m very happy with the body and paint work. The final result looks great, and I appreciate the effort the team put in to make sure everything was completed properly in the end. “One word for my experience with Classic Collision: flawless. About 20 minutes after finishing my insurance claim, I called the shop and they already had my information. I dropped the WRX off the next day, and they took it from there. My WRX has plenty of aftermarket exterior parts (yeah, I’m that guy), so I expected some headaches. Instead, they got everything documented and approved and even sourced replacement parts in about two weeks when the vendor website had me expecting a two-month wait. Laura was fantastic throughout the repair. There were some delays along the way, but I always knew what was happening and why. I’d rather wait for something to be done right than rushed, and I never had to chase them for an update. Most importantly, the WRX came back right. Two doors were replaced, the gaps and body lines are spot-on, the paint match is excellent, and the doors shut and seal like factory. Their PPF installer even caught a run in the clear coat. When buffing it wasn’t good enough, the shop stopped the process and re-cleared the panel instead of covering it up and sending the car out. That attention to detail says a lot about the techs and the standards Kevin has set for the shop. They clearly give a damn about the work they put their name on. Huge thanks to Laura, Kevin, and the entire team. What could have been a huge headache was easy from beginning to end. Hopefully I never need collision repair again, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going.”

Come one day and did only the resonator delete. Only did one because while the store did have some option for the exhaust tips I wanted something of my choice. So I order something came back and did the muffler delete. Mike (the owner) was very nice and didn’t rush me to do anything else told me “you can always come back if you don’t like anything and we will take care of you” Overall, both experiences were great, over all time was about 30 min for each visit and I loved how the service came out.
