Don't rent from this Uhaul location! Reserved in advance, showed up and the location was closed. Called 1800uhaul and they tried to reroute me to Chamblee! Terrible customer service!

Not a good U-Haul experience. Made reservation month in advance, upon arrival noted there were no trucks matching size I requested, attempted mobile check-in and it said to "go inside" however location was closed. Spent 2 hours getting re-routed thru 1-800-U-HUAL. Had to speak to about a dozen customer service reps to resolve. Finally found a vehicle 10 miles away which I then was charged 99 cents / mile to drive the additional distance after picking up and then to return. Will never use U-Haul again.

This location is very unprofessional.Please very carefully and check every detail before renting the truck here. Otherwise they will rip you off with a lot of money smh!!!!

This U-Haul dealer has the best maintained trucks in the area. I have been to a lot of them and the best trucks I have had have come from this location. Will only do business with them from now on.

I had a great experience even though I did it on short notice. I rented a van it was the newer model so it made my moving easy and efficient. The staff was professional and guided me to the best solution for my move!

Didn't properly handle my reservation and ended up having to go to another location. To U-haul's credit, they did reimburse me for my troubles.

My husband and I rented a truck from this place Labor Day weekend. We paid for one day, were supposed to return it by 7pm. We got within several blocks and were stopped by police road blocks due to down power lines in the area. We ended up being about 20 minutes late returning the truck because every detour we took brought us back to the road blocks. They charged us for another 24 hours. We are still trying to get that $80 back. Total a-holes. Go somewhere else. There's plenty of U-Haul stores.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I'm not overstating that this has been the worst experience that I ever have had with a company in my life... Go to Penske, Home depot rental, Budget, Enterprise, or any other place instead of this company... They rented me a broken truck with a terrible noise, they heard it and they said nothing and unfortunately, I don't know anything about mechanics and I was late for a scheduled pickup. They didn't say anything when I returned the truck and I discovered about this when I was trying to rent another truck days later and, This is the WORST PART: THEY CHARGE ME FOR THE BROKEN TRUCK! THEY LIED TO ME, THEY HID STUFF, THEY CALLED ME THINGS AND I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE that had the authority to help me... Now I understand why the first time that I went they tried to rent me another truck different than the one that I rented online, and the second time even when I had a scheduled rental, they wanted to rent me a Hertz truck. I discovered that day that they filed a claim against me without telling me nothing. THEY CALLED ME LIAR and THEY EVEN SUGGESTED THAT I STOLE THE ENGINE PART, they probably took the liberty to called me like that because of my looks (I was on my moving clothes, I just moved to the Neighborhood) or MAYBE THEY THOUGHT THAT I WAS ILLEGAL. They said, and I quote, that "It is your word against our word". THIS IS MORE LIKELY AN INSURANCE SCAM THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS that are willing to let go instead of fight back. THE INSURANCE COMPANY (Repwest) SAID THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF OF THE U-HAUL CLAIMS (I have recorded every call that I made). Jonathan Shown, The Aerial MANAGER, NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY EMAILS OR CALLS, NOT EVEN ONCE. Jonathan Shown even claimed that he was present when I was renting the truck but that day there only was three employees present and any of those employees was white. WHY THE MANAGER HAD TO LIE? Probably to cover whatever they are doing with the trucks, I found Jonathan Shown's social media account but I'll now not share it for the respect of his privacy... I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE PROOFS THAT THE TRUCK WAS GAVE IT TO ME LIKE THAT BUT THEY DIDN'T CARE. They send me a letter telling me that I have to pay or I will be sent to Collection and they gave a couple of days to do it.... this has been a horrible experience but I will continue fighting back because THEY PROBABLY WILL CONTINUE DOING THIS UNTIL SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING... THESE ARE THE FACTS: 1. I have several witnesses: Fortunately, I have eyewitnesses. I was with family members that were helping me that they, they were driving behind me as soon as I got out from the u-Haul location. They heard the sound and asked me about it, I didn't know that I was given a broken truck, 2. I stopped the truck in front of the loading and unloading gate because everything was ready to pick up and they were waiting for me since I had a programmed picking up. 3. We used the truck for a short time: The truck did not sleep anywhere, we returned it the same day during the daylight (we have it for 4 or 5 hours). 4. The truck was always on sight and I got more witnesses from the places I went 5. The u-Haul location is not a secure place for parking trucks and They don't have cameras pointing to the trucks! 6. They have a History of renting malfunctions vehicles 7. The uncanny situation with the employees and the aerial manager to say the least Unfortunately, this is not the first time I witness this kind of bully attitude. I find it hard to believe that they are willing to sacrifice a client and make a customer ambassador of this kind of experience.
