Really awful service. Called 45 minutes ahead of appointment for hitch install to tell me the part wasn’t in. I was already well on my way due to where I live. When I got there is when I made the discovery. No big deal… when will it be in? I was told later in that afternoon and that they’d call me to reschedule the install once they had it in hand.
3 days go by… I call their number to follow up, no response - range to corporate. Corporate calls them and leaves a message for the store manager stating he sees the sort has arrived and asking them to reschedule me… 36 hours later, still no response. I called corporate again, they can’t get ahold of the store or the GM. Corporate put in a corporate complaint.
If this is not resolved by Monday, the case will be forwarded to the corporate president according to the rep I spoke with today. Literally all I want is my money back at this point. These people are crooks.

A 26 foot truck acting up real bad and road side assistance takes forever and they won’t let me swap it at another location.

You can go here and rent a U-Haul. If you need to call the store, they don’t answer. Customer service can’t connect you to the store. The regional manager can’t get ahold of the store. The store has disconnected their phones and refuse any contact

I went their to refilled propane , this location is very close by to my warehouse, service is very poor, it took me 2hours to just fill up my propane tank , only 2 people are working , and only 1 is certified to fill propane , bad services , sorry to say they don't care about coustmer services .

Crystal is a wonderful worker. She was the only worker who seemed to care about the customers. The desk staff was borderline rude and definitely not courteous or welcoming.

Worst store I come today at 9:20 am for installation the hitch a said he closed for today, really this employees don’t want to work but still on clock. Don’t lose your time go there. I go twice the same issues with different employees. Is behavior with this employees ruined the brand and location.

What to specifically give a shout out to the excellent customer service provided by Brittney S. at this location. After being screwed over at another unnamed moving truck rental company (Hint: its up the street from this location) she was super helpful in helping to find another truck. I ended up going with another company but I wanted to highlight the good service I received.
