The skinny black lady in there won’t let me rent the van because on my license it says that I’m under 21 until 10/12/2020. My DOB on my license is 10/12/1999. I have rent a lot of times from u haul company never had this issue with any other location. I went to get my cousin we try to rent it one way she say that it’s only local. I guess the staff is not knowledgeable about the position that they hire her for. This is why this location have to many negative comments it’s because the negative attitude and customer service that she presented to the customers I’ll never go to this place I recommend going somewhere else. If I have the option to put zero stars I would.

The worst place to rent, the service is terrible and they never want to give you a receipt to continue charging the card.

What they started me with. What I returned with and they charged me $85 for gas. Will def be disputing these charges. Never had a problem with U-Haul but def won’t be using them again. A helper outside this place said they are known for overcharging for gas.

The truck was stored behind another truck. So after walking the yard awhile twice up and down. I found it. I asked the rep if they could move the trucks in front. My assigned truck was blocked on all three side and going backwards was not an option. But when they did, the truck I was assigned to was wedge in tightly on each side . When I asked if the could bring it out also, the other rep told me to just pull it forward slowly. I had to tell her I didn’t feel comfortable pulling it out that tight spot. While she was pulling it, she had to get assistance in pulling in the mirrors on the trucks on each side and the trucks ahead in the front spots on each side.So all four trucks mirrors had to be pulled in so she could get out of the back spot.That should not have been my burden to do to get a truck out. What if I made a mistake and hit one of those mirrors. So why would she not see what I saw before she told me to pull it up slowly and she made me feel like I had just irritated her by requesting her to pull it out. Then when I came back, I was told all I needed was to give them the keys. They would email me the charges. When I said I wanted to see what the charges were so I would not have a surprise, the rep that checked me in gave me a look as if I had asked for something unreasonable. So I just left and promised myself to not use that U-Haul again. This had been my favorite spot because the head manager who has worked there a long time was very very friendly but he was there also so I guess they have a new procedure that isn’t customer service oriented . I deserved better customer service. Both pick up and drop off.

Terrible experience from the moment I attempted to enter the establishment.They turn off the doors so customers can’t come in and ignore you when you tap on the window.There were three female associates in hoodies behind the countertop with no customers, and not one could come and open the door.District manager and other executives need to come and sit inside the store until the situation is fixed. Look at the reviews.Never in my life of experienced such poor customer service

WARNING ⛔️ ?⚠️WARNING ⛔️?⚠️WARNING⛔️?⚠️WARNINGI had to give a star in order to leave a review. First, my lock was changed on my storage unit and I was not notified. Second, there was a break in to storage units on 11/21/23 and I was NOT notified until I showed up 12/3/23 to add miscellaneous items to my storage unit. Third, This goes to the representative who gave absolutely piss poor service because he only works ten hours a week and he did not know his job. You STILL that ……! You bumping your gums about disrespect please you have no clue and did nothing to deserve respect. And the next time you follow a customer out the door trying to prove you’re that….., be prepared for what you receive. As a woman I STAND my ground against man or woman. You and Noel both need a reality check because there’s no way either of you would allow anyone to disrespect or treat your mother, wife or daughter in the way you treated me. Fourth,The entire team is garbage including Noel so called general manager. This dude is not management material. Period. You can not tell a customer how to respond in any situation; especially if you have never been through similar circumstances. That’s wrong and that’s called gaslighting. Fifth, All of you would have faired better with me if there were some transparency but I got attitude and blamed for the issues caused by you!! Sixth, You all need customer service training and a dose of what you give to customers. Customers make it possible for you to have a job.Noel made me wait for over an hour to tell me my unit was broken into and I needed to stop screaming at him!! Granted a police report was completed on 11.22. 23. Tell me.. how would you feel someone has allowed time to pass and you were not notified your belongings were gone?? You find out when you get to the property and can’t gain access??In closing, Something is not right in this koolaid sham of a business and everybody who was working 12.3.2023 you ALL looked suspect!! Future consumers RUN and fast!! I truly believe this break in was an inside job. Also, if you reserve an inside unit and told none are available upon check in——go to another property because more than likely you will be got too.To Corporate:: There’s some sweeping that needs to be done at this front door …..starting with NOEL!! And if he is a franchise owner you need to disassociate yourself before he ruins the Brand!! Just look at the previous reviews.One more thing…. If my unit is tampered or burglarized in anyway due to my review I will prosecute to the fullest the law allows. What was done in the dark -light will prevail. Asé

Terrible experience. Black light skin woman at the register was rude. This was on November 27 around 11:50 AM. When I went up to pay, she said the total. I was digging around in my purse looking for the coins I was going to give her and she saw me counting the money and had the nerve to tell me CASH ONLY right after I had digged around in my bag looking for the dollars and coins. Total a-hole. When I asked her why they don't take cash and her reponse was "We just don't". What a good detailed answer. I took the reciept and as I was walking away she had said something under her breath and laughing. Customer service is horrible. This African American individual does not want to work. Please ask her to stay at home if she doesn't work to avoid see her putting a face. Not my fault she has to get out of bed and work. If she doesn't like her job, it's not the customers problem. Just don't put a long face and act like you don't wanna be there. I hate these types of people.

I'm not sure another 1 star review will matter at this point because it's clear ownership and/or corporate doesn't care to make a change but here goes: This review is solely based on the horrible customer service at this location. They told me her name was "Iche" or "Ishe" but others have mentioned 'Noel" I don't know and I suspect they are giving fake names anyway. That should tell you all you need to know. The woman that has NO business working there is African American, often wears a hoodie and is extremely hostile. It's not hyperbole to say I will never step foot in this location again. In fact, I had 2 propane tanks to fill in addition to my rental but I drove out of my way to go elsewhere. I'm going to look into buying a trailer because Uhaul is not a viable option...at least not at this location.

*UPDATE*For anyone who has the unfortunate luck of dealing with this uhual location. Make sure you lock your card preventing them from charging you until you review your final bill before they make up charges claiming you owe when in fact you do not. I would urge everyone to purchase the safe move insurance and deal with the claim representatives at Repwest directly. They payed out the damages cost in my account and closed the account. This location insisted I had to pay. Also do not bother trying to speak to any of them from the rude representatives to the manager. Solve your issue by opening a customer action file by calling the main uhual number not the location number. Also open a BBB complaint. Your issue cannot be solved if you are dealing with this location directly.This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the unfortunate experience doing business with. One of their rude employees hung up the phone on me when I was trying to get my issue resolved..Per Repwest: Good morning, after viewing your claim I see you purchased the Safe move coverage, and I also see that Uhaul voided it for improper loading/overloading. However I see the damage was not caused by such, therefore I closed the claim. Should you receive any mail or call regarding this claim please let me know.Please avoid renting a moving truck from this U-Haul location, better yet avoid U-Haul in general. U-Hual is scamming customers into buying the insurance and hope that no accidents happens because when an actual accident happens and you need for them to cover the damages, they will void the charges without proper explanation.This location specifically are THIEVES!!!I was charged for damages even though I had the safe move insurance. The location voided my insurance without proper explanation as to why this was voided even though the whole point of the safe move insurance is to cover accidental damages. I spoke to Repwest representative and they agree that the damages should be covered by the issuance. I have tried to resolve this issue with the location but they are not responding. Luckily I locked my card before they could take the full $475 out of my account. I will not pay the balance until my dispute with U-haul or small claims court.I have disputed this charge and also well prepared to fight it in court. U-Haul should not have an insurance option for costumers then when it’s time to actually use the insurance they use ways to deny that. What I don’t understand is why the store voided the insurance while the actual claims adjuster at Repwest agrees that the damage is covered under the insurance. I have all the time and energy to have this matter judged in court.I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY THING FOR THE DAMAGES, I have emails from the insurance Repwest clearly stating that the insurance covers it.

It seems that Jim the only person able to refill propane tanks was either unwilling to work hard today or wasn’t told that I left 2 tanks and a note to call me once they were ready or when he would get back from lunch … at 7pm I did not receive any calls and assumed that the tanks were ready … my mistake ! They were left untouched and was told that he came to pick up his truck at 2pm and left … I hope someone from uhaul management read this review and find out what is the appropriate measure to be taken in order to keep the uhaul franchise up and running ?

Awful experience. Very rude and negligent staff. I rented blankets from this location for a move. I had picked up my truck at a separate location and was sent here (after being sent to a second location that didn’t have the blankets they stated they had). The staff messed up and booked my blankets on a closed loop(meaning blankets had to be driven back to them) even though it should’ve been a one way drop off to my destination. 21 days later Noelle (branch manager) charged over $900 to my card for a one day blanket rental claiming they were never returned. Upon call to request my refund, he was very disrespectful and hung up on me several times. Then proceeded to charge another $254 to my card. This location and its management are criminal. I have rented trucks from uhaul for a long time because I have been in the moving industry. I was never apologized to and was only told that “it is what it is”. GO RENT FROM PENSKE !!!!! THEY MAY CHARGE A LITTLE MORE BUT YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF FROM TONS OF HEADACHE AND FRAUD!!!

Ghetto and unprofessional. My reservation was cancelled without notice or any communication from Uhaul right when I arrived for my reserved pick up. There were hella vans and trucks available but I still had to go to another location to get a vehicle. Ghettttoooooo

When I went to pickup my cargo van that I had reserved online, there was nowhere to park because the lot was full of returned vehicles. But when I returned my cargo van (a full day earlier) the lady inside (tall, thin black female with twisted hair) had a terrible attitude and made things far worse. She tried her best to get me to leave and wait for an email with my receipt. I told her I wanted to wait so I could see if there was a difference in cost since I was bringing it back a day earlier. She rudely walked away from me, so I followed and asked if I could wait for my receipt. So she intentionally tried to make me wait unnecessarily long, she even started cleaning out the van to see if that would make me leave. So I asked if she was able to tell me if there was a difference in cost while I waited. She said she had sent the receipt to the printer. So I waited for her to take her sweet time walking back inside to hand me the receipt. And then she quickly left and went to the back. I asked another worker if he could explain the charges to me since I didn’t understand why my receipt said the charges were $120 more than my initial estimate from U-Haul. He said she made a mistake and would have to correct it. So he brought it to her attention when she returned from the back. Her response was that I needed to call customer service and wrote the number on my receipt. I asked her to explain it to me and she just mumbled to her coworker and highlighted some random things on the receipt. I told her I didn’t understand what she said and again she told me to call customer service. I asked for her name and she mumbled something. I asked if she said “Carol” because I couldn’t clearly hear her. I asked how to spell her name and her response was “the normal way.” The attitude she had from the moment I entered only got worse with everything I asked from her. She clearly didn’t want to be there working, and was highly ticked off that I was asking her to do the most basic foundational aspects of her job. To top it off, I never got an explanation why I was charged $120 more than the estimation.

This is about my third time renting with this location. This last time was utterly dissatisfying. The size truck I ordered they said they didn’t have. I couldn’t even fit all of my stuff in the truck. When I got in the truck it reeked of urine and smoke. It had ashes, pieces of blunts all inside of the truck. The truck was disgusting to say the least. I told the young guy with the braids and he gave me a new truck. Initially this was all supposed to be done through the app and supplies should have been placed on the truck. I had ordered moving supplies as well. I had to go back to ask for the supplies. I had to go grab my own supplies. I was supposed to have a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly. The guy said they didn’t have one of the dollys. ANOTHER ISSUE! He then brought 2 appliance dollys and said here. Didn’t place them on the truck when they were supposed to be from the jump! He Shouldn’t be in the front working with people he’s not customer friendly at all‼️ I called to ask if I could keep the truck longer because the truck was too small and time that had been wasted from having to change trucks and get supplies! They wanted to charge me. This experience was long and a big inconvenience for me. I had to make trips with my car moving the rest of my stuff
