I purchased a marble coffee table from GA Furniture mart. I picked the table up from the GFM warehouse. (Great staff at the warehouse) After putting the table together, I realized the table was cracked. I immediately went back to the warehouse with pictures of the crack in the table. The warehouse Manager agreed the table was cracked and he called the GFM Dawson store location and requested approval for an exchange due to the defective table. I was asked to submit pictures of the table and I would get a text message from Ashley when I can return to the warehouse to exchange out the defective table. After not hearing from Ashely the next day, I called the store and was told the exchanged was denied because the crack in the table was a part of the design in the table. (Not joking) I took the table and additional pictures to the GFM Dawson location and was again told that the exchanged was not going to be approved because the crack was a part of the design of the marble table. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Now, this is the unprofessional part of this issue - I am going to pay this store 25% for a defective table that they sold me? Since I had the table in my truck, I asked for a manager to come out and look at the table since I was not able to get the unprofessional customer service rep to look at the table in my truck and he agreed. He confirmed that the table was cracked once he saw it and my exchange was approved. I did ask the manager for a refund because of all the aggravation I was put through and he also reiterated that I would still have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I guess customer satisfaction is no longer important even to the upper management staff. Since was not willing to pay 25% of the cost of the defective table, I agreed to exchange the coffee table at the warehouse. All I can say is wow!!!!! Jeff is our salesman. He was holding our hands through the tough stuff. I could not make up my mind on what I wanted, and he was very patient with us. We went in the Norcross location a few weeks ago unsure of what furniture we wanted for our first home. TODAY WAS DELIVERY DAY! The two men that put together our furniture were quick, efficient, and very polite. I look forward to my next purchase at Georgia furniture Mart again!!!

I called asking for availability on mattresses in stock. I spoke with Bryant. He knew all the inventory by heart and that was impressive plus made me laugh over the phone, so I felt comfortable coming in person. I came in and he showed me the mattresses I inquired about as well as the upgraded versions. Well, I didn't purchase any of the mattresses I called about, but the upgraded one AND at a good price. He worked with my budget which I appreciated and was super real and transparent about what's good and bad. So, that is why I recommend him and I will be returning. The manager named Robert was accommodating and friendly, too. It was a painless experience. I will be returning. I'm upset I didn't purchase all my furniture from them. I doubt I'll shop for furniture anywhere else now. Thanks y'all!

Waste of time and money. Tried to get a dresser for 5 weeks. Brought the wrong thing twice then didn't bring it at all the third time. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to get it this time and never do business with this company again.

I had great service via txt with Veronica. I ordered online, she helped me out greatly. I ordered and 2 days later a very quick delivery. They set up the furniture and took away all the plastic. Easiest and fastest I've ever bought furniture . Love love our couch,loveseat and ottomans. Jennifer Ellison

Super Disappointed with the purchase and the customer service.Bought sectional sofa with a 5 year warranty plan.Came in damaged.Parts missing.Reported right away with pictures.Took them 4 months to send in a tech to look at it.Tech agreed and asked to replace damaged parts.5 months into it.Asked for customer service manager. They’re either eating lunch or always away to talk to me.Also told them to write a note on my account that I would involve legal if anything were to happen to my kids or guests due to screw being exposed in the armrest. They said they have added the note. Wow.No communication from them and wouldn’t answer calls or respond to messages.Original missing parts still missing.Risk of injury due to screws being exposed.They know it but still wouldn’t take accountability.Waiting for an injury to happen before they would do anything.Told them I’ll be sharing this experience soon as I have waited 5 months. They didn’t bother to even respond.Need to see what exactly is the 5 year plan now. Sales person would not stop talking about how great the plan is.No more Georgia Furniture Mart for me.

I will never do business with GA Furniture Mart again. I went into the Kennesaw location looking to buy a sectional, and although I didn't see one that fit our needs, I found a beautiful ottoman I was hoping would match when I found the sectional I wanted. When we found the sectional and verified that both pieces would work in our home, I purchased the ottoman on their website. I opted for pickup because I'm not paying $179 for delivery of a $400 item. When my order was confirmed as ready for pickup, I asked if I could have a third party pick up since my vehicle was not big enough AND my van rental reservation was cancelled by Home Depot. I was told that they just needed the name of the person and they had to bring their ID. It also lists on the website that any third party pickups need to have their name added to the account by the person on the invoice (me), which I did. They REFUSED to release my ottoman to my delivery driver, whom I had to hire and pay ahead of time. When I asked to speak to a manager, the CSR was rude and basically told me there was no manager available, the person who told me that only did so to complete the sale and they couldn't do anything for me. I demanded a full refund of what I paid and will find another ottoman someplace else. Their customer service is trash.

We bought living room and dinning room furniture with protection plan. The dinning chairs came with no cushion. The company took extra money for protection plan they sold, when we reach out for claim with contact info provided at the time of sale, we learn that company is not associated with Georgia furniture mart and would not honor the plan.

Great customer service! Associates were very kind, courteous and patient and were able to attend to my needs. It started with them holding the doors open and welcoming me in. The entire shopping lasted about a few hours because I could not make a decision on what I wanted. Too many to choose from. However, the sales associate were very attentive and did not try to rush me into making a decision. In a nutshell, great service! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase quality furniture at a great price.I am very satisfied with the service.

Worst experience ever. I had three furniture deliveries today - rooms to go, Havertys and Georgia furniture mart. I had an amazing experience with both the other stores but when it came to this one specifically, The delivery men mishandled our furniture, broke the legs off of our dresser, and brought our bed with mud all over it. This is unacceptable, I understand accidents do happen but when you call to get help and answers they do the opposite and ghost you. I will never shop with Georgia furniture mart.

A wonderful furniture store with lots of unique pieces of luxurious furniture. Decent prices and very helpful staff members. Stephan helped us throughout and was so kind and patient. Will definitely be back and ask for his expertise advice again. I bought a very pretty king size bed and my husband bought a beautiful dining table. We thank you so much,Stephan, and you will be seeing us again. Several other things that we're very interested in purchasing. We have found a new furniture store that will be out Go To spot.

How are customers supposed to trust any of the prices on the floor if Georgia Furniture Mart takes out their mistakes on customers? Extremely disappointing service. I bought a desk listed on the floor for $558. When, the wrong desk was delivered to my house, I called for an explanation and correction. The sales team said they had originally mistagged the desk in the store - they 100% admitted fault - but then told me they were unwilling to honor the original, listed price. This came directly from the store manager. Are customers supposed to guess which items in the store are tagged correctly and hope they don't have to go through a time-consuming refund process if they guess wrong? Buy elsewhere.

Shitty customer service! We have been customers for several years and have spent thousands of $$$ and furnished 3 houses. We were scheduled to receive a delivery this morning between 9-11:30. The driver contact us that he was on his way and I communicated to him that I had an emergency and was on my way, running 25 min late. My daughter literally threw up all over my car and I had to turn around and take her back home. I communicated my GPS ETA and the driver said he will wait for me. I arrived when I said I would and he was already gone and that he could come back for a personal charge of $80!! I called the store and they said they can deliver in a week (maybe) and would charge me $179. WTF! I understand there are other deliveries and protocols, but I communicated an emergency and asked him to please wait. Shouldn't there be a personal aspect to customer service? Not shopping here again and will return the furniture I just got this week. I wonder if it's worth it for Georgia Furniture Mart to lose a customer over 10 minutes.

My salesman John made a mistake on my order and sent me the wrong piece of furniture. Tried to get it exchanged for the right one I ordered. He talked to me 2 times on phone and was suppose to correct it but he argued with me said he didn't make a mistake but my daughter was with me and she said he did. Finally talked to me reluctantly and said he would reluctantly fix it. He never did and didn't call me back

Our visit to the Georgia Furniture Mart was a pleasant one. We found all of the items we needed and at a great price. The person assisting us was very helpful. She was very accommodating and gave us our space to shop comfortably. We recommend this store.
