They gave me a great price for my print & fold job (550 double-sided B&W copies plus trifold) and they completed the job in about 4 hours after I sent it to them. I am very pleased!

I am at this UPS STORE multiple times per week. I adore Nick, the owner, and all of his employees. They are ALL very courteous, helpful, professional and efficient. It is a true pleasure to walk into Nick’s establishment.

I wish I could give 10 ⭐️can’t say enough good things. Today I went to the peachtree corner location which I DO NOT recommend. They over priced me on a package. Try to charge me 112 to ship a package so I called this location and spoke to a gentleman named Connor. He was very helpful & patient!! He waited till I could provide him with all the details and quoted me for 29! I then tell peachtree corner location I’m going else where and finally got some help then. They still over charged me than Connor’s store. Which was 34 at that point ready to be finished. Needlesss to say if u have to ship anything. Walk don’t run to this location!! & ask for Connor. Not all hero’s wear a cape. 10 ⭐️!!

Came in to send an oversized letter and was told it couldn't be sent in its current state. I asked the salesperson if they had an envelope I could buy and they did. I was then asked if the envelope could be compressed anymore and I informed them it was a hair donation to Children Without Hair and was compressed as much as possible. I the asked if they could write the addresses on the new envelope for me as I was having trouble keeping a steady hand. They did this and refused to take my payment as they said I was doing it for a good cause. This just shows you the quality of character this clerk has. I teared up on the way to my car.

They are extremely friendly and transparent and NOT Greedy! Example, I have taken Nike returns to this location and Nike wants you to print the return label at the UPS store and it’s free returns for Nike members and this store prints that out and doesn’t charge me anything and is so friendly and they take care of that return. Now, if I go to the Johns Creek location by Publix and the Indians that work there they will charge me $1.67 for that same label because they nickel and dime you and they are rude as hell so here’s the difference.
