I always go to this USPS and had no problems. The lady is always nice to me and always compliments my makeup. I definitely have no problems.

The Black guy with cornrows was so rude to me! I had a completely different positive and experience at another post office yesterday but today I needed to do make a Return like I did the day before…it’s now my turn and i tell him I needed to return 2 packages and 1 of my packages needed a piece of tape to seal it. I asked if I could just get a piece of tape and he tells me that I’d have to buy a whole roll of tape if I wanted to tape it up..I tell him I just need 1piece..i normally don’t have issues like this and then he proceeds to give me attitude about it and I’m like you know what instead of going off on him for making my trip here difficult I’ll just write a review on my experience.. I now have to make yet another trip back up there because he refused to be courteous…if I was a white person I swear he wouldn’t blink twice helping out. I hate to have that be part of the issue but I suspect he would’ve treated me better if I wasn’t a black woman. He should be reprimanded and told to treat everyone with great care and respect

Extremely rude and unprofessional.. No matter how nice and patient you are as a customer, they will treat you poorly. I am never coming back to this location.

I hate this post office, the worker by the name of Cham-something I can’t remember, however she is very unpleasant. First, she complained that I would bring too many packages. Then the next time I came, I had less packages and she complained about the prepaid label. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Went here 12/11/24 to change my address .
Why is the Asian lady at the front desk spreading misinformation, claiming that if I want to receive my mail, I must post my full name on a paper inside of my mailbox . That if my name isn't posted, even after changing my address in person and online for billing, then the mail person will return all my mail . If the USPS won't find someone to do their job and deliver mail to the address listed, then find someone who will . Not my job to go the extra mile, just for them to drop off my mail with the address listed on the mail .

Went there on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 9:39AM. The sign on the door said they would be closed until noon. Nobody was inside.
This is ridiculous. You can’t just decide when you’ll be open or closed. People rely on business hours. There needs to be more accountability to the community and better service.

The lady at the desk is very thorough and competent and while it may annoy some customers she is simply making absolute sure everything is correct so that your letter or package don’t get lost.
The Decatur and Lilburn locations have lost some of my mail and had significant delays in many more letters and packages being delivered while the lady who works here does her part to keep that from happening

The truth is, the staff is very unpleasant. They are very rude and they treat you reluctantly, they are there to serve and they charge a salary. And although one is not going to do it for free, they have a very bad face and serve you in a bad way, the truth is the service is terrible.
