First off the cashier guy tried to shortchange me, then had me wait 20 minutes so he can count down his drawer all over for $10. I had to Uber up there that day and the Uber couldn’t wait anymore so I had to pay for another Uber to get home….then I go to the pharmacy and they tried to charge me $89 for a prescription with insurance…I go to Kroger and paid $11

Wrong customer service ever, the associate Quashia. I just came here to buy medicines for my 8 years old daughter. She attended me with a angry face; their system went down because of the internet service. She said to me that if she restated then POS it would take 20 minutes to reboot. I nicely told her if she can add my stuff up and just add 7% tax on top of my total I could pay her cash because I was I a kind of a hurry having my kid sick. She just told me that wasn’t her job to do and that was to much for her. Obviously she doesn’t care about your customers

I picked a prescription for my surgery on Monday,had my surgery Wednesday when I opened my bottle I was supposed to have 40 pills only had 26 and they charged me for them. I know my insurance covers it because I just had surgery in my back and they gave me 60 and I didn’t pay a dime. Called the pharmacy and they said it was 40 pills and that they did a double count. I had 26 screws, 4 plates and bob wire removed from my foot from my shattered ankle surgery 3 years ago. I know the lady who took my prescription from me originally took the pills after they did the count and charged me for them as well. She called me 10 minutes after I have her the prescription and said it would be $100 but she could put a discount on it and it would be $50. She’s stealing pills and money from customers who need medication. I had to file a police report for the pills missing l. Then she doubled back and said she called my doctor and asked him to write a prescription for the 14 pills missing and my doctor’s office said they never received a call from them. Someone at this pharmacy stole my medicine and I’m the one who is suffering because of it. I hope she enjoys her high and the money she stole from someone who really needs it. If you can go some where else do it.

Sorry pharmacy staff including the manager. Went back and forth with them for a week and the doctors office about a simple prescription went to the one in Tucker was in and out in 5 mins.

These morons! " I am just being honest with you, we don't fill prescription from this doctor." " I am just being honest with you I am having a hard time ordering this item." " I am just being honest with you we can only order this for TWO people and that is it." All of this within 4mins. Liers and idiot just like the Obama administration that created this EPIDEMIC. WHEN THERE ONCE WAS NONE. If you can't find bad news to exploit MAKE YOUR OWN.

Got off work to pick up my medicine. There was so miscommunication/confusion with the insurance and their system being lockout. Giving me a copay that I did not have. Their pharmacy tech Kaitlin was very rude. Throwing my medication back in bin and stating I have to contact my insurance company. Fast forward, I contacted my insurance company they stated it should not be a co pay as I originally said. Instead of Kaitlin helping she turned me away.I came back after talking to the insurance company. Darlaine (another tech) and the pharmacist helped with with no attitude. Darlaine took the time to figure things out, call another store and made me feel as though I mattered. I’m a nurse and after working an 12 hour shift the last thing I want to deal with is attitude and disrespect from people. If you don’t like being in the business and company of helping others it’s plenty of other jobs that are short staffed and needs workers. Treat people the way you want you or your family to be treated.Thank you again Darlaine ! Continue making strives and wonderful impact in peoples’ life !

Standing here for 20 mins because they said he had to reboot the computer watched me type in all the information and also was working on the computer the whole time now it’s time to cash out or pick up my funds it’s a problem asked to speak with a manager nobody shows up to assist us.

Thee ABSOLUTE WORSE PHARMACY I have ever been to in my entire life . Extremely unprofessional, even the store manager !! They wanted to charge me $400.00 for medicine to treat UTI for 7 days , and for a prescription that helps treat nausea. then told me if I go to Publix it would be cheaper .. which it was , at publix , I didn't pay a penny . that specific location should be shut down permanently in my opinion! I have dealt with plenty Walgreens . In fact, my favorite location is on peachtree parkway in peachtree corners! Extremely professional and courteous .
