I wish there was an option to put negative stars. The customer service is horrendous, I was on my way to pick up a cake that should've made, the lady that was helping us said she would look in the refrigerator one last time, she had me waiting next to the pastry section for 30 minutes and NEVER came back. We talked the manger and come to find out, the lady who was helping us, had walked out through the back of the refrigerator. Very ghetto. I became a target girl ever since.

I was shopping with my mom and we're Hispanic but the worker who I gave my receipt to did not know I knew English and I understood everything he was saying and he made an extremely racist joke about us. This worker I seen in the past coming to this Walmart and seen him say the joke to other people. Can't even shop with out being discriminated it's so stupid and unacceptable this worker needs to be talk to he has a beard and looks to be in 50s I was so mad and surprised I couldn't even look at his name tag or ask for there name.

Dumbest cashier I ever met. Where on earth do they find these foolish idiots???? I hand her $40 and tell her I'll put the rest on my bank card. She hands me the cash back after the transaction and looks completely surprised when I start screaming at her!!!! SHE LITERALLY HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE DID WRONG!!!! Get a job where you understand the language or something lady. I'm angry.

I'm pissed i just came from Walmart with a whole attitude i came here to see what kinda deals an sales was going on for the 60 percent of clearance sale they had going on an pretty much nothing good was there but that's not my issue my issue is i had two items that they did not want to price match an when i say price match , I mean it's placed in the wrong area at the wrong price or whatever you wanna call it Anywho my first item was Huggies pampers in the baby area it was 3 big white boxes an it was labeled $16.98 for a 126 ct so of course i grabbed one cause that's a deal and my second item was in the kitchen area or home area an it was a roasting pan set for $4.98 . I was not to sure about the price so i took a picture of it an turned down another aisle and saw a worker and asked her about it she said it's priced wrong it's actually $9.98 for it but they have to give it to you for the price you see it as i said ok cool an took it . If anybody knows one thing about this Walmart it's always crowed with no open register, but i found one waited 3 people ahead of me by time it was my turn it was 4-5 people waiting behind me anyway she was ringing up my things an i moved my two items to the back that i know they had to price match for me an i told the lady ( whom happen to be a very old lady on the register) she said let her get a manager i showed them the picture for the pan and she said ok it's wrong but we will give it to you now when it came to my diapers i was told they couldn't give it to me because it's coming up as $37 and change i was like that's not what it say over there i want it for what i say she went to speak to another lady an came back an said I'm wrong any ways because my baby was fussing an the line was long i said F it an void it off my bill i don't want it but trust me if my baby was not fussing the line would be outside till i would of got what i wanted I'm so made i didn't take a picture of the price on the shelf for it before walking up there to prove it to them I'm to mad because that was a deal.

It's actually impressive how bad the customer service is here. It's like they are trying to one up each other on being terrible.

This is the biggest piece of dog crap Walmart I've ever been in. I've lived in California, Seattle, Richmond and now we're in Norcross. I've been in a lot of Walmart's. This is the most disorganized, clusterfu*k I've ever seen. Terrible inventory, always out of diapers in the size I'm looking for. Messy, dirty. Totally stressed out & overworked staff, I'm sure it's not their fault. But yeah, this Walmart location is pitiful. I miss my Richmond Walmart. This place is terrible.

I avoid coming to this one specifically. Mostly because checking out is nearly impossible. Lines constantly reaching to the back of the store. Staff oblivious to anyting and no extra lanes opening. It's terrible. Go to Lilburn or Tucker instead

Horrible customer service and these people hang up on you when you try to call them to ask for information. Rude to customers, do not recommend

My fiance and I have come to this Walmart a couple times already, and I'm glad we didn't have a 1.5 star experience like the majority of Yelpers on here. We experienced excellent customer service at the pharmacy here when I came to pick up some medicine. The service took awhile as one pharmacy register was down, and the pharmacist was taking a long time providing consultation to the person ahead of me. However, she made sure I left with the medicine I desperately needed and didn't rush me out to catch up on the line that was slowly building, so I appreciate that a lot. We haven't had any issues with the lines or registers here yet either, so I'm thankful. Our Hawaii Walmart back home on Maui is always a zoo with tourists and locals alike flying around, and finding parking is always a challenge there too. So, those are not reasons for me to give this Walmart a bad rating. I've noticed a lot of Georgia Walmarts are not that busy, so that being said, this is a busier location. I have no reason not to come back though; they've been good to us so far here at the Norcross location.

A Walmart is like any other Walmart... You will find pretty much anything, everything, if not, you just go to the next nearest one... This one is very convenient for me, near by, but be aware of, it's always very crowded, SOO busy and with a packed parking lot always. Impolite children will run wild. The pharmacy here is good, great services, no complains at all, very helpful attendants. Cashiers and customers services are good. I sincerely think they do a great job specially dealing with tons of clients all the time, in this incredibly busy location.

This Walmart I usually pass because I'm not familiar with it. But when I went in for work pants which I found but the dressing room was locked so went to approach a employee she look at me then sorta rolled her eyes so I searched for another in which I found and she was so nice she couldn't find the dressing room key I told her to take her time but she kept searching and I had walked off and she had searched for me and said I found the key let's help you try on these clothes. When I had finished she said how was it I said they fit good thank you for your help she said no problem that's what I'm here for. So she made my morning.

Negative stars for this store and assistant manager Mimi. Put in an order online for photo ornaments, They can't find the order and say it "might" come in next week (after I leave the state for holiday). They are blaming Fuji for the lateness and won't do anything for me until they receive it again "maybe" Tuesday. Not to mention endless hold times, lack of answering their phone and general cluelessness. Thanks for ruining Christmas, no time to choose new gifts

There is an employee here that has it out for my family. I can only identify her as a short Punjabi lady that usually works in the self checkout area. I am part of the goth subculture, and I believe that is why she has it out for us. Our first encounter with her, they didn't have any reusable bags in the immediate area so I asked her for some. She hatefully nodded and pointed at the plastic bags behind of me and said 'this is what we have, you can use them, it's okay.' My fiance walked off to find the reusable bags, and he did indeed find them. And now every time we go to that Walmart, we always make sure we don't forget our bags, and she HOVERS OVER US badly. Especially if we take too long which happens because I am also disabled. She also tries to 'teach' my fiance how to bag our food and we aren't sure why she's doing this. But we don't appreciate any of it, because it's very clearly only us she does this to and she has tunnel vision, if she sees us no one else is getting help and she's gonna linger on us. If I thought someone would take us seriously, I'd find a way to report it higher.
