Went in to buy a drill at about 10:30 mind you they don’t close until 11. And everyone with a key leaves at 10pm. Walmart please explain how that makes any sense when you are literally open for another whole hour ? That wasn’t the only thing they couldn’t access. They couldn’t access baby formula, electronics and anything else locked up. It’s ridiculous. Please rethink your scheduling as it makes no sense to operate for a whole extra hour, if realistically there is no one there that can assist when someone needs something !

Bought pro v golf balls, turns out to be old dirty used balls and Walmart says sorry no return, no refund. I threw away receipt, didn't think I was going to need it. Still no help from Walmart

I swear this location employees have the worst attitude. They act as if you’re getting on their nerves when you ask for someone to get the 1 key to get into the cosmetics. They challenge my return when it shouldn’t have been difficult. I used a product that I didn’t like and they want to argue with me about how much I used. I just wanted to return a product that I didn’t like and now I’ll have to go to another Walmart to do it. I keep having negative experiences at this particular store..it’s so annoying. And management is not any better. The woman who manage this location has the worst attitude I’ve seen. Especially the lady with the blond super short hair..It’s really sad because that’s why most of the employees seem miserable..it’s starts from the top

Horrible customer service. Don’t use grocery order pick up. Their back door stays locked. Their voicemail is full. People walk by you without acknowledging you. Then you go to the front they call the back and then you go back over to the back and then you still don’t have your order. I had one single fan that needed to be picked up. I was even willing to go inside the store. They could not help me until 5 o’clock. So wasted my time, driving there and back. Cancel the order. Not clean trashy and customer service everyone is in lala land. This was for a local business near by. Do not do business here!

This is a rating on the nail salon inside not the actual Norcross Walmart but I couldn’t find it so unfortunately I’m doing it under here. Got my nails done once & they did pretty good so I decided to come again but unfortunately this time it was bad. It was like an hr til closing, The nails was ok but then I decided to get my eyebrows waxed last min. A guy did them, put something after waxing them but it burned. That has never happened before so I thought it was just me, I went to the restroom. & saw I had a reddish burn which peeled off like 4 days later. They were closing after I left so I couldn’t say something but they did see my red brows & didn’t say anything when I was paying, since they were closing I’m writing this bad review instead.
