I would give a 0 if possible. 7 employees present and 4 customers in line, only one cashier working! Everyone else was just standing around watching us in line waiting for service!!! The guy working the drive-thru had no customers but sat in the chair watching us and the sky. So I got out of line and went thru the drive thru quickly! SMH!! You would think with all these low reviews Wells Fargo would take action, at this point I need to close my account and just get an online bank!

I think that all the people who are at the counter should work somewhere other than CUSTOMER SERVICE. COSTUME SERVICE. They treat you like you're stupid or you're just going to steal from them. I think they are not friendly at all, many times we also waste time standing in long lines to ask simple questions or without answers! But I feel stupid in this place!

If 0 star was a option for this wells Fargo 1625 Indian Trail Road Norcross, GA. 30093 location.I visited this location on 4/7/22 for a wire transfer for a purchase on a home.I waited for over 1 hour to be told 45 mins later by Branch Manager Ryan Fotis that my ID was fake, he could not do the transaction but I can send wire on WF app. The amount I needed to send was well over the amt the online app would accept, that's why I came in to speak with a banker.Im sure if any fraud was being commited 911 would have been called if that was the case.However, I provided all documentation, CA ID, closing paperwork, work ID, and atm cards with pin numbers for all 3 accounts with WF, and still was told no by Ryan Fotis again.I have been a customer since 2015 and have never been told denied from any of my accounts, or discriminated against at any WF anywhere.I was embarrassed, confused, and just felt like, my money was not secure.Restructure is needed immediately.for this location.To anyone who banks with this location or travels out of State DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION..I still have not heard from Wells fargo in regards to the complaint ( business Banker)Elaine filed on my behalf.

Have been sitting in the drive-thru for 45minutes. Very slow service. Avoid this bank if your trying to save time. This will be my last time coming here.

Half the time their ATMs never work, and don't accept cash deposits. It gets annoying as this is the most convenient Wells Fargo nearby, I always have to drive to another Wells Fargo farther away. And this Wells Fargo is supposed to be more updated than the other one.

Came in for a temporary card because I need it to pay my credit card bill and they couldn’t give me one. Manager couldn’t do anything to fix my problem.

I normally don’t rate places (positive or negative). But I had such an amazing experience with a teller at this location - Crystal. I guarantee she will be branch manager soon when the next opportunity opens at another location. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Nightmare place! The personnel don’t have any respect to anything, like any supervision, starting from the tellers and specially one guy called Ramirez he treat me very rude, I’ve felt he discriminate me! the corporate should shut down the place!

Horrible!!! Atm is always down!!! You’ll wait your life away here. Horrible location!!!
