  They don’t like it when you go to pick up shipments. They claim they only pay up to $200, but where is the policy that states there is a $200 limit to pick up shipments when you should be able to send or receive any amount you want? This is very poor service and a clear misuse of the Western Union franchise.

  Unless you have the kindness of the Tom Thumb staff at central and Meadows in Dallas, avoid!! They are nasty and intrusive and expensive. Venmo, paypal, bank apps I hope will make them a thing of the past.

  Horrible service. Lies! They are not open until midnight! They close at 8pm. They need to update this
