Usually have had no issues with prescriptions but this last experience was horrible. Kept having to submit the order well aware it was out of pocket, tried calling and they would pick up the phone and hang up. I understand it was during their lunch time but let it ring so I can leave a message! Apparently no one makes notes or communicates because I had to have the same conversation with 4 different people. Absolutely unacceptable.

Left Walgreens after YEARS because of the amazing service. The pharmacy is always helpful and polite. The store itself is clean and neat. 5stars!

Hours of operation are incorrect it says it opens at 9am and its never open at that time…. 9:10am and its still closed … hours of operation says it closes at 10pm its closed HOURS OF OPERATION INCORRECT!!

I come to pick up medicine at the drive thru. And everytime it takes about 30 minutes or more. We shouldn't have to wait that long. If medicine not ready have them drive back around. And keep Mirian out of the windows she move to slow.

Lauren is absolutely amazing! My grandparents are getting older, and my grandmother recently has been placed on hospice. Lauren has been extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help with medications. She wears her heart on her sleeve. Thank you Lauren.

I have been going this CVS Pharmacy for years and Lauren the pharmacist does such a wonderful job. Her welcome makes you feel like you are at your small hometown pharmacy where everyone knows your name. As you know in 2024 we do know get service and when we do appreciate it.

Just called and after listening to a long message on the phone. I finally heard the prompt to get where I needed to be. I got an employee on the line. To say she was rude is an understatement. I would have gotten her name, but I just hung up to avoid anymore of her crappy attitude. I can understand if I was rude, but I was not, so whatever was going on with her, she needs to realize that is her problem, not the customer's.

Your phone tree sucks. I work for a doctor's office and I am never able to get a person on the phone even when I tell it I'm calling from a provider's office. Then I'm prompted asking if I would like to speak with someone in the pharmacy and then it asks 100 other questions then sends me to a voicemail. I called for 20 minutes several different times trying to get a real person!! Please get a better phone system! Thanks.

My wife forgot one of her medications at home while we were traveling. I went by the CVS at Oakwood. The young lady who helped me was so pleasant and made sure we were able to get the medication we needed.
